The International Lawyer (ISSN 0020-7810) is a quarterly publication of the Sec- tion of International Law of the American Bar Association and is concerned mainly with practical issues facing lawyers engaged in an international practice.

The International Lawyer is primarily interested in practical issues facing lawyers engaged in an international practice. While not inflexible on this point, we are unlikely to publish material which does not fit this rubric.

Material accepted for publication becomes the property of the Section of International Law of the American Bar As- sociation. No compensation is paid for articles published and no article which has been accepted or published elsewhere will be considered.
