2 How to find rooms

Rooms in Fronter are like your classes. You haveaccess to all the rooms you are enrolled in. If youmiss a particular room, or for some other reason needaccess to one, you need to talk to the administration, see table 1.

The box “’Access/Entrance Hall’ gives you a listof all your rooms. One example of what this maylook like is shown in figure 7. Remember that accessdepends on which courses you are currently taking. The list will change from semester to semester.

Access/Entrance Hall displays all rooms, but notall professors use Fronter. A closed room is a roomwith no content, and there is nothing there for youto miss.

2.1 How to access old rooms

Fronter is not suited to be a file archive, and thereforeyou should only keep copies of documents in Fronter.Nevertheless, you have the option to find old andobsolete rooms.

See figure 8, click first on “Rooms”, when the newmenu appears click on “Display all rooms”.

You will then find a whole list of all rooms likeThe Access/Entrance Hall, see figure 9. By clickingon “Archived Rooms” you will find your rooms oflast semester.
