THE IMPORTANCE OF THE EXCHANGE PROGRAMS FOR THE STRENGTHENING OF THE CENTRAL AMERICAN

REGION Recently it was celebrated in Antigua Guatemala two seminars that involved organizations that form part in the network of partners of the peace core of the Norwegian kingdom of the region and the youth that participates or that has participated in an opportunity of the enriching experience that means to live in another country and absorb the wealth of a new culture and society. It was in this second seminar that the extent was visible, and overall the necessity, that for the Central American countries mean that our current and future generations can have the opportunity to get out of

our borders and know the positive aspects of a society, that in most cases are ahead of us years light in regards to human, social, political and economic development. During the youth seminar, 4 tables developed the following themes: a)Politics; b) Education; c) Art and design; d) Technology

All excellent!!! The level exposed in each one involved approximately twenty young men and woman from countries such as; Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Cuba and Norway; in was very high and very professional. It’s interesting to observe the level of leadership and empowerment of these 70 young men and woman that participated in this seminar. Ironically, it’s also sad, because if we, the organizations that participated in the partner seminar don’t give to each and every one of these valuable young men and women the space to develop all their potential, it will be, like many, a loss power in time and space.

The countries that form Central America, we are full of many complexities. We enjoy weathers and unique nature on a worldwide level; the attention and humility of our people; the dedication to what we do day after day; our ways and traditions. We could number so many positive things of our region, but at the same time, we have permitted that the negative aspects taint all the good that we have and overall what we are. I mention WE HAVE, because nobody has forced us to accept all the social problems that today affect our social development. We cannot keep using excuses that are 500 years old so that we don’t allow ourselves the opportunity to change our destiny and if what we are looking for is the solution to change our future, I have realize that in the seminar of young men and women that its they, precisely, the solution that we are looking and yelling for. What’s the most important, in my opinion, what the programs of exchange leave young men and woman who participate? The amount of benefits are countless, but, I believe that the most valuable thing is to recognize and accept the importance of one´s own culture. Your own country, with the advantages and disadvantages, in comparison that has no price. Wanting to come back and change, not the world, but one’s own reality, means a big step in the social development that countries from Central America want to reach.

Every day we read, see, hear and live muggings, death, extortion, kidnappings, migration, corruption, ENOUGH ALREADY!! We who are at the forefront of the country, that’s everyone, we have to stop this tendency of sudden death that we have come to accept and that, and that we have translated the responsibility to other social actors like the government, political parties and others involved in the decisions made by the state. I imagine that in countries like ours, there are not only 70 young people with the desire to change the world. There has to be thousands of them wanting to assume their roll and commitment to society. It’s not about a revolution, its about a real change without sides, where these youth is capable of involving everyone, without racism, discrimination, hate, division or exclusion.

How do I know? Well, one of the general subjects where we all could be was called “Entrepreneurship” We have all Heard of these term. Of these I’m sure of. But, very few have applied it in our lives. Of that I can also be sure of. “Entrepreneurship” was the first general conference that the four tables received and it appeared as if all 70 young men and woman already

knew the subject. Almost immediately after it was finish, everyone got actively involved in their respective programs, exchanging experiences and giving solutions to the main problems of their countries. That easy, they solved the problems that generate poverty and social violence. If that is the roll of the youth, which should be ours? To give space and opportunity so that they can put in practice all those ideas that surely will take us to a safe dock. Many times, in our organizations, social circles, families, etc; by fear of change, we close our minds and hearts to all that new energy. The fact that we believe that we will be displaced makes us react with jealousy. We haven´t realized that life isn’t like that. Plain and simple is to discover that the new youth force needs the experience and that in consequence, the experience needs of that force to transcend.

Everybody is looking for that something….Something in the World…One thing that makes it all complete. We found it strange places. Places we never knew it could be… Some find it their lover´s eyes…the same as others could find it in their solitary lives…

I´ve always believed that you must go and follow all those things that make you happy, make you stronger; as other lives, we made good and bad elections…but jus for being bad, we couldn´t disappear them and ignore them…even in we weren´t part of them. “Wake up lazy girl, I should make you do pírricos” those words were coming to my mind, while I was touching with my wet chest our Guatemalan sacred, because my life´s choices, waiting for the next day´s breaking dawn; after that heavy rain that nature have offered us last night. “If you were in the Army… you won´t be so lazy”; it was around 5:00 early in the morning, and we were starting our daily exercise training…that would last like the time I would really like to have for rest that morning… save and recover energy. I never thought and ever would think in my life, someday would be militar, that´s according to my father´s words, he used to say “serve to our homeland are civic duty and a right”; without thinking about I would be the one who will be part of our country army and military service. What contradictory!! Know, that I being formed by social and pacific paradigms, that I´ve and I´m part of organization whose Works for the peace in our country…-How could it possible, how could is possible you became part of those groups? What did motivate you to join them? I should say their expressions of those who wanted to know about it, weren´t just to satisfy their curiosity rather they were skeptics (to the bad decision); trying to persuade me through just one and simple question and make me desist from my decision. I cannot deny it, they had success… -Have I made a good election? How many will turn away from me (disappointed) with this election? Those were results from their opinion. But be part of Guatemalan Army have been one of

those experiences that had made me think about the Army in other way, as I usually did in the past since my childhood; I cannot erase with my fantastic experience all the sad and disappointed facts, those which marked the history and accredited bad image to that institution…. The personality therefore makes differences in choices that we take…working in our destiny, but wear the uniform and boots… that makes you presence weigh. ¡Literally! Makes me to take my abilities to the maximum; get me to the limit, get to know me better and experience difficult situations that never I´d experience as a civil person; those experiences useful for life that kind of life we´re living in a society like ours here in Guatemala where the life itself doesn´t have any value… and because that, our dear country, not because its people, not because its nature… it´s a places where we wouldn´t like to be but we must be… Like that, only that way, I understood what military mystique and the body spirit (impetus) are, and conclude thinking about that is not enough just to know… THE BEST IS EXPERIENCE IT! So, some find that special in their children´s faces, some in the words of others. Who can deny the joy it brings, when we found that special thing? I... I find this…this special thing…the thing that makes me happy and complete… in… A deepest friendship… in those simple moments, those which make me laugh or cry. The special way I appreciate life…giving my best to make my dreams come true, even seem impossible… and don´t understand and know what of those is the right one, gives the senses to my life and makes it an extreme adventure.

“LEADERSHIP IS A MATTER OF EVERYONE”

Why is leadership important? It’s important, for some of the following reasons:

1. Difficulties don´t create leaders, they just show the type of leaders we have.

2. It’s been recognized in general, that the organizations that are well run, have a high level of performance.

3. The main reason why people quit their job is because their boss doesn’t treat them well.

Definition of leadership: It’s the process of influence of leaders and followers to reach the objectives of organizations by change. The process of influence is given reciprocally between leaders and followers, and not only the leader to his subordinate. To know how to lead and develop leadership skills will make a better leader and follower. All organizations classify their employees in two categories: a) administrators: they have subordinates and with formal authority to tell them what to do; b) employees: they don’t posses authority. Fundamental functions of administrators:

a) planning b) organazing c) direction d) control

Formal leadership parts from the work of the administrator. When it’s spoken of “the administrator” it’s referring to the person that posses a title and formal authorities. If we talk about “leader” we allude to

someone who can be an administrator and a subordinate, that can influence everyone (something that not always occurs with the administrator). The leader is not someone that by force has a “formal” position in the company. He can be an administrator or a subordinate “with an attitude and with sufficient aptitude” Leaders who are competent influence in the followers and they in him. To be competent as a leader, it’s needed to listen to the rest and to take to practice what they suggest. Influence: It’s the process of communicating ideas by the part of the leader, obtaining his acceptance and motivating his followers is to support and take to practice the ideas by the process of change. Influence is the medullar part of leadership. What does influence include? The power, politics and negotiation, it also has to do with the relationship that is established between the leaders and followers. The administrators can coerce to influence, leaders can gain their will and enthusiasm. Efficient leaders know when to lead and when to guide. Shared leadership: It’s used when different members of a group play diverse functions of leadership and everyone influences in the groups behavior. Shared leadership is associated with a high organizational performance. Co-Leadership: Term that is used when the power and credit is divided without short clips in the organization. Objectives of the organization: Efficient leaders influence in the followers so that they don’t think in the function of their own interests, but in the interests of the organization. Leadership occurs when the followers accept the influence of someone that motivates them to do things in an ethical and beneficial way for

them and the organization; when they are oriented towards a result that the leader desires as much as them; when purpose is shared. Change: Influence and establishing objectives are actions inherent to change. Organizations that need to modify themselves in a continuous way in order to adapt to a global environment that is transforming quickly. Competent leaders are those who warn for the need of change in a continuous way so improving performance can occur. Leadership requires influencing the followers to generate change in function of the future. To be efficient, we have to be open to change. Those who rise are those who are willing to do new things. People: To lead is synonym of leading individuals. Capable leaders and followers enjoy working with other people and participating so they can succeed. Research, experience and common sense aim toward the straight relation between the success of a company and their attachment to leadership skills where they consider people like actives. Are leaders born or made? Efficient leaders are not only born with certain capacity of leadership, but also they grow it. So certain natural ability can present certain advantages or disadvantages to the leader.

Administrative functions of leadership.

Interpersonal functions:

a) Representation of functions: how they act in legal, ceremonial and symbolic activities in the name of the organization or of the department that they run; signing legal documents, receiving clients, talking to people in an informal way, assisting in external meetings, etc.

b) Functions of a leader: to perform administrative functions so that an efficient operation of their unit can be achieved. The function of a leader dominates all the administrative behavior: listening and training, giving instructions and capacitating, evaluating performance.

c) Link functions: when interacting with external people of the organization; creating a network of contacts to foment the relations and obtaining information and acceptance: forming part of commissions; assisting professional meetings or commercial, etc.

Information functions:

a) Supervision function: it’s done when information is gather to detect problems and to understand external developments to the organizational unit. Part of this information is transmitted to other people of the unit (diffusion function) or external people (speaker function): reading of memorandums, reports, publications, talking to others, assisting meetings, observing.

b) Speak function: When rendering a report to external people of their unit in the organization. Leaders lobby and serve as representatives of public relations of their unit in the organizations: meeting with their boss to analyze performance, answering letters, informing the government.

Decision-making functions:

a) Entrepreneur functions: they are done when innovating and starting improvements: creating new products and services or improving already existing; creating new forms of processing; acquiring new equipment.

b) Resource assignment function: When representing their organization unit in routine transactions and extraordinary without fixed limits. The relative emphasis that is granted to these functions will determine the technology that the organization will have: designing a salary package; negotiating contracts.

c) Problem management function: When corrective actions are done during crisis situations or conflict. The management of problems is a reaction to an unexpected fact that generates a difficulty. Leaders usually give priority to these functions over all the rest.

Levels of analysis of the theory of leadership:

a) Level of individual analysis: its concentrated en it’s leader and in its relation with everyone of its followers. It’s also caller dyadic process; they view leadership as a process of reciprocal influence between the leader and followers. The influence has to do with the relations between leaders and followers.

b) Level of group analysis: This level is also called group process and the theories of these processes are concentrated in the contribution of the leader to the good work of the group.

c) Level of organizational analysis: This level is also known as organizational process. The performance of the organization in a long period depends that it adapts rightfully to it’s environment, to acquire the resources that are necessary to survive and to realize a process of effective transformation to generate their products and services.

Interactions of the levels of analysis: The performance of the group and the organization is based in the individual. If the individual performance of the organization is low, the triangle will collapse, therefore it will not have solid bases. The part of the triangle to which it corresponds to the group level sustains the organizational side. If the groups are not fit, the triangle will collapse, or well, the development of the organization will be low. Both the development of the group and the development of the organization influence individuals.

Leadership theory: Explanation of an aspect related with leadership; the theories have practical value because they are used to understand, predict and control better a successful leadership. The classifications of the theory of leadership include the one on features, behavior, contingency and integral.

a) The paradigm of the theory of features: The first studies about leadership started from the thought that leaders are born, they are not made. The theory of features tries to determine characteristics that are different and explain the efficiency of leadership; physical features and psychological;

high levels of energy; certain appearance; aggressiveness; independence; power of persuasion and domain.

b) Paradigm of the theory of behavior of the leader: it tries to explain, either distinctive styles of efficient leaders, or well, define the nature of their work. The 10 administrative functions of Mintzbeg are their best example and they identify two dimensions that are generic in the behavior of leaders: the leadership oriented toward a task and the one oriented to people.

c) The paradigm of the integral theory of leadership: it tries to combine the theory of features, behavior and by contingency to explain why certain relations of influence between the leader and follower are fruitful

From the paradigm of administration to the paradigm of the theory of leadership: Between administrators and leaders there are certain differences. In our days the function of administrators is evolving: the successes recur to a form of leadership that is truly democratic by sharing the responsibility of the employee direction. In the present administrators must direct and administrate. They have to continue with the management to focus in the direction to achieve success. Successful leaders are also good administrators and administrators are good leaders. In the next edition of Fundated News, we will address other subjects in relation to leadership. We will highlight point such as:

a) Personality features of a leader. b) The model of great dimension of the personality c) Personality profiles d) Features of efficient leaders.

Self-esteem

Both children and adults need to understand the roll of self-esteem and communication in the development of activities and healthy behavior. Discipline and self-esteem The word “discipline” is usually misunderstood and with frequency it’s wrongfully used. Many people identify discipline with punishment, however, discipline means: to receive instructions from another person, to correct, mold and strengthen. In summary it dignifies teaching Discipline is an expression of love and education in justice. Children with a sense of self-worth come from families where there are proper doses of affection, discipline and also a healthy combination of both. There are factors that also help risk behavior between teenagers, in this we find values such as:

1. Parenting values that are unclear.

2. Low communication skills between the parents.

3. Alcohol abuse of one of the parents.

4. Unstable family.

Teenagers that find themselves in this situation with frequency develop a low self-esteem and they find themselves in a risky behavior. Some of the forms so young people can learn and show self-discipline and increase their self-esteem are:

Make thing for other people; like friends, elder people, sick and

disable people.

Help and think in your family members, especially in the elder

ones.

Seriously take the responsibilities (homework, personal hygiene,

home chores, etc)

Don’t let children feel like they are guests in their own home.

Be honest and sincere with them, keep firm in values and beliefs,

despite the pressure of their friends so they can do the opposite.

Accept the responsibilities of their own behavior and decisions.

All the elections of our life reflect how we feel in respect to ourselves. The higher our self-esteem, we will be:

More prepared to face adversity.

With more probability we will be more creative.

With more respect toward ourselves and to those who

surround us.

With more physical, emotional, mental and spiritual

fullness.

WHAT´S MATURITY? Life is a process so complex but so short, that it´s necessary to know the biggest and best way to take advantage of it, so we can be people of worth and to have personal satisfaction, so when the period of life is finished we can fully rest with all the confidence that we will harvest what we sow. The term maturity leads to a series of paradigms and contradictory ideas, it’s always a mysterious subject and of wide definition, that leads to a multiple and several discussions that in its majority it leads to enrich cultural knowledge; but that in the end we never achieve a definition that satisfies our thirst for knowledge. It’s important to define the term maturity and one of the concepts that cover the treated aspects of this article is the following:

“Maturity is the culminating point of a process of growth and development, that consists in the integration of many and diverse qualities; and that implies all human beings, from the physical, to

the psychological and to the spiritual; achieving this way harmony and proportion between the way of living and human

nature”

Next I present 4 stages to increase maturity: 1. Identification 2. Differentiation 3. Analysis 4. Incorporation

IDENTIFICATION If the achievement of recognition and control of the different spheres where we interact like social beings (family, work, school, social groups, etc.) we will achieve to determine the strengths that we practice in such interactions with the purpose of enhancing them and achieving an optimum development, also it’s necessary to take in account our weaknesses that in the majority of cases they become obstacles that are bigger and interfere with the proper interaction with our society.

DIFFERENTIATION It’s necessary to differentiate several factors that intervene with the grade of maturity that each human being acquires along his life trajectory:

Upbringing patterns.

Values.

Necessities.

Preferences.

Objectives and goals. The more humans have structure and differentiated these factors that influence in his daily action, the greater the grade of maturity that is reached in the term of his life. ANALYSIS To analyze consists in the decomposition of all the parts for it’s study and comprehension. At a psychological lever and specifically in the subject of maturity, it’s indispensable to utilize analysis in a continues way supported by synthesis (the union of part in a whole after being studied and observed by separate); in order to achieved a clear understanding of things, phenomenon’s, situations and different circumstances of life. Achieving a broad perception of open criteria that allows interpersonal relations in a satisfactory and pleasant way, also a bigger number of positive and richer experiences. INCORPORATION Every human being must develop the ability to incorporate to his or her experience positive and negative results that strengthen his personality and character, achieving to create proper strategies that will help in decision making and problem solving. When the human being manages to acquire the ability of decision making and problem solving, his level of maturity increases because of the experiences that he will acquire will be pleasant and of personal satisfaction, helping him in his personal growth and transcendence.

FK guests, New decoration, New students, an injury and, a

porcupine?

This is an update of several events in the past few weeks:

On Wednesday we had two representatives of Fredskorpset – FK – with us, with whom we shared lunch at our most frequented spot in Mwanga, Rode Side Café; Mr. Ole Bjon, networks coordinator, and Mrs. Vigdis Holm, higher executive officer. Both of them are very nice people; it was of great pleasure to meet with them and been able to observe the high interest that FK has with their programs, the participants and the development that each one of them has during the experience. This meeting was of much gratitude to hear Mr. Ole talk about Mrs. Yolanda and Mr. Mario Julio with much pleasure, because in one way or another made me feel the connection and the friendship bonds that strengthened over the years; we heard about the projects shared with Mrs. Yolanda. All of this speaks highly of the work and effort that has been put into this program. At school, I have done quite well, I have been requested to do a lot of work from the teachers, this is good since now I always have something to do, one to these projects is to do a drawing book and of fine motor skills so they can use them on the years to come, since the teachers don’t seem to have a very good skill for drawing, however to me it is, even though I am not a professional drawer it is one of the things that I most enjoy doing. The other project was to do the decoration for the class room, I care particularly of this project and I am very proud of myself, creativity (I must admit) is one of my best skills, for the making of all the decoration I was given, 1 white cardboard, 1 green cardboard, 1 recycled green cardboard and 1 pink cardboard, a watercolors kit and some permanent markers. Out off all of this I did a complete alphabet, numbers from 1 up to 10, 3 geometrical figures, tree leaves, clouds, sun and one birthday post. Both, teachers and students were surprised to see the work done, for me watching their faces light up when they

saw the decoration, was satisfaction enough, however, I was proud the most of my work when Teacher Jose used my alphabet for the children to go over English sounds of the letters, it was this that made me see the importance of the work.

On the other hand, one the students got injured on the head when she fell over a small stone, the teachers reacted with great precision and managed to stop the little bleeding she had, and was taken to the hospital. The time of the accident was a bit apprehensive, but Samira reacted with much courage and the next day she was in school again, proof of this is this picture. During my stay here I’ve been wondering why at school they make girls to shave their heads, well, this time that rule was extremely grateful to have, since Samira’s injured was treated with easiness because of the lack of hair.

The school year is almost over, so the new students have been visiting the school, so far we have 2 new girls, one of them is assisting school daily, Sara, and the other one is the little sister of one of the current students. My little brother, Briani will most likely join this group of new students for the next year, this will depend on if he learns to eat by himself and to tell others when he feels the need to use the toilette.

Yesterday was an exciting morning at Saint Anton of Padua Nursery School because we found a porcupine hiding besides Teacher Jose’s office door, the children were excited to see the little animal, however the fair of the animal toward the children was greater, he was trying to keep his ball position, after a while one the staff members set him free and took him to the garden; we all were very interested in watching the animal, whom even pose for the picture. It was a very nice visit of the porcupine, or should I say nungunungu, in Swahili. Earlier today in the afternoon, us teachers were invited to have lunch at one of our student’s house, Irene, we spend an very pleasant time with her mother, grandmother and sister, I have never eaten as much as I eat at this house during my stay here, even though I was completely full and had a late lunch, I accepted an invitation to come back at night

and share dinner with them. It was a very pleasant evening where I felt incredibly welcome, to my surprise, Irene’s old sister, Betty, is student at one of the school we visited during our first month here and to whom I gave to English lessons too, a very nice young lady; I was surprised that she clearly remembered my name and what I

have taught her.

EVERYTHING HAS A REASON TO BE

Sometimes people come into our lives and quickly we realize that this happened because it had to happened, in order to serve a purpose to teach us a lesson, to discover who we really are or to show us the way of what we want to reach. We don’t know who they are, but when we set our eyes on them, we know and understand that they will affect our lives in a deep way. Everything in life happens with purpose, nothing happens by chance; all the falls and triumphs that we experience create the person who we are. Let us not forget that God has a wonderful plan for each and every one of us, and we have to learn to discover it. Let’s live with joy that is something simple but not easy, let´s enjoy the little or a lot we have without giving up on improving, as long as we have life we have possibilities. What we most appreciate in life it’s because of the effort we put in order to achieve it, by preparing ourselves to work more and better, the benefits to gain will be a consequence of that effort. Even though we don´t write books, we are the writers of our lives, we can make master pieces with them.

LIFE AND DEATH

We are born in a continuous time that passes without stopping. Days pass and they bring with them new experiences, emotions, feelings and thoughts. For every experience that I have lived, it’s also a time that I have died, nevertheless; in this same experience and death there has also been a learning and wisdom that can be acquired. I am not and we are not the same we where yesterday. Tomorrow, who will I be or who will we be? That, I don’t know with certainty. Today, who will I be? That I do know, because that I can chose here and now. My elections of today will determine my tomorrow. I know that the day will pass and in this day I will chose to learn and to keep an attitude of a student of life. I don´t want more for I desire to learn enough, so I can learn how to die at the end of each day, knowing that when I wake up in the next dawn, I will be a better person because of what I have learned. I won’t cry for lost seconds, because they don’t belong to me no more. By choosing to cry for the past, we give our backs to the present and we will never see the future that awaits for us. A minute has sixty seconds, how many emotions, thoughts, feelings and decisions do we have in that time? Chose how to live, learn from the unavoidable suffering, but NEVER live suffering.

BELIEVE

At the beginning of the article I asked myself over and over; What I’m I going to write about? And I think writing about one’s self is worth it. We grow every day, we get to know more about us, how strong we can be. All the experiences we have and practice we make along the way. Each day is different, each day you meet more people, people that will change you in time, people that when you less expect it, will enter your life and leave a mark in you. Transforming into the real meaning of love and friendship. Each day holds new experiences, some may be positive and others negative, we have lived painful experiences in which we asked ourselves; why me? Or why do things happen? And what we need to do es walk forward and don’t regret what happened. We have experiences of joy; an experience of my life has been being part of Fundated, this has left something positive in my life, something that has given my life meaning. When I stopped being afraid (afraid of expressing myself) to value what I can do and have. Just to share with optimistic people, loyal to their jobs, it speaks a lot about who you are and how you are. What you have accomplished, it leaves a good experience that will make you remember extraordinary things that you went through, and it will make you laugh when you remember about the tear that you shed for some reason that your beautiful eyes made you drop it. We come to defeat obstacles, where we transformed them into goals; goals where you will feel satisfied and sure about yourself. Where you will take your faith and confidence and say “I CAN DO IT”. This I that makes you look up, where someone is waiting for you. Someone who is your complement, who fills you with life and hope, his name is GOD. God gives us clues that you can follow, clues that you may want to take, clues that will give you the opportunity to value yourself for who

you are and who will you be; and clues to show you that you are big, in which the reward will be to reach the tip and you will be able to say YES I COULD AND I DID IT. “I believe in a better tomorrow” I believe in a future smile, I believe in the better person that I can be every day. I believe in a lot of things, but over all I believe in God.

GO POLLUTE YOUR TOWN, PIG!!! This was what one woman said to a certain man when they were traveling in the same bus, with a lot of traffic, unbearable noise and to this add the noise of the people that where speaking inside the bus. All of a sudden absolute silence, when the woman reproach to the man who had just thrown trash of some cookies he had been eating, this man didn’t pay attention to what the woman was saying. After, the man drank a canned juice and threw it again out the window. These only caused a reaction on the woman, who didn’t stop reproaching to the man. Absolutely no one was saying or doing anything about it. Meanwhile the woman was saying “You are not from the city; go to pollute your town you pig”. Eventually the man got off the bus and a few blocks later the woman got off the bus arguing with her-self, not many people paid attention to what was happening. I agree and at the same time I disagree with what happened. I think that this is not the way to treat social problems because independently if the man is or not from the city. This do not gives him any right to pollute in anyplace and also no person has the right to treat another person like that. Maybe not everyone has the same social status, but even though we are all human and we live in the same world. In the present moment, we are living in a society that regrettably is not being educated. Children are not being educated by their parents, because they have to work and the children make friends that no one knows or sometimes they hire someone to take care of them and the parents don’t even know how they are being educated. I feel that one of the ways of education regarding this is at home. Regrettably we do not live in a society in which recycling or the classification of garbage is taught and it becomes worse when the parents are the ones who are throwing the garbage from the bus or when they are driving or when they are walking in the streets and the children are watching this happened absorbing everything like sponges and it’s very easy to absorb all the negative things that happened in our society.

It’s worth mentioning that PEOPLE ARE NOT BORN FILTHY, they learn to create filth and not to take care of the environment.
