Component Repair ProgramRPG customers’ equipment can be delivered to our service centers for repair and return. In addition, RPG can offer components on an exchange basis. In this case, a rebuilt unit would be sent to the customer in exchange for core component.
Our Service Reports include: 1. Photos before and after of all major steps.2. Initial bench test results.3. Complete disassembly of unit.4. Damage findings.5. Additional quote for anything found outside of standard Heinzmann overhaul.6. Standard overhaul set of parts installed.7. Final bench test.8. Unit is cleaned, painted, and connections covered with protective caps.9. Service report emailed to customer and component packaged for shipment to customer.
