Classic and timeless design makes this tee sign fit perfectly into the environment at all golf courses. Each unit generates attention while the combination of wood, granite or bronze gives it a coveted exclusive appearance. The post is made of the toughest wood - Iroko - available in “Chunky” or “Slimline” versions. Sign plate is available in different materials, e.g. granite, zink or bronze. Alternatively, the design can be engraved directly in the wood.

This sign has a classic english look with strong wooden side posts. Combined with a large granite plate for the golf course information it is both exclusive and extremely durable. A fine work of a craftsman with the elegant finishing and the engraved or sandblasted plaque with hand-painted information. Frame is made of the hard wood Iroko.

Classic/Classic Plus Master

GolfTurf™ are GolfbaneProdukters own mats made of artificial grass in 6.6 woven nylon with a thick and flexible layer of PU for damping of impact. 5 versions are available: Classic, Classic Plus, Tee-up, Teacher and Master – each with different features and backing.

Classic has a thick solid backing.

Classic Plus has a thick flexible, anti-shock backing.

Master has a middle layer of dense upright fibres for improved softness.

Tee-up måtten has a backing allowing you to tee-up anywhere on the mat.

Teacher måtten has built-in cross and lines.

All mats are available square or octagonal with 24 holes for rubber pegs. Classic Plus mats can be ordered with 8 or 16 slits for your own pegs.

We also supply ball trays made of recycled rubber. Signs can be fitted with length indications, sponsor name etc. One type has spears for mounting as shown here. An alternative design is screwed on to the tray.

It is possible to print company logo, club name or sponsor in several colours on the balls. The print is placed under a laquer sealing which is UV-resistant to achieve the best quality and strength. As a speciality we can supply balls with year and comp printed in the black band. The proves to the players that the balls are in top shape.

Driving range balls are available in 2 versions. ZeaGolf is our standard driving range ball and ZeaMaster is our most recent development. All balls are produced in 100% new rubber and are IP tested for mini-mum 1200 hits.

ZeaGolf ball is available in Comp 80 and 90, both with a dimple of 350, while the ZeaMaster is Comp 90 with a dimple of 392. The increased dimple figure means less air drag and higher accuracy in ball trajectory. All balls are durable and fly well.

BALL HANDLING

Ball collector with baskets of steel. Each basket can hold 400 balls. Acquisition system consists of multi-flex discs of lightweight plastic which is ideal for collecting balls under all conditions, even difficult cir-cumstances such as mud and snow is no problem for this ball collector. The ball collector is available in 2 sizes, Line and V. Line in 4 or 6 meter width, and V with 3, 5 or 7 units. The smaller versions can be extended as the need for higher capacity arises. Line version can also be sup-plied with automatic emptying in a ball pit.

We offer all kinds of ball handling, reducing the handling of range balls to a minimum.

Ball dispensers and elevators of high quality are produced in a special aluminium alloy, improving durability and weather resistance. Dispens-ers have a capacity of 8500 - 56000 balls, registered by an optical sensor that ensures the correct amount of balls each and every time.

Ball washers make sure it is clean balls that are delivered from the collector for reuse in the dispensers.The ball elevator can lift the balls from the washer to the dispenser, or, if a ball pit is present, from the pit to the washer.

E-RANGE PAYMENT SYSTEM


Keys are available in different colours

E-range is a series of payment systems for ball dispensers. Balls are dispensed from the dispenser by means of pre-payed deposits on a key which is placed on the payment automat sensor. The display shows the remaining deposit on the key and ball prices, and the club can easily collect data from the dispenser.4 versions means there is a solution for every need.
