•Fostering a culture of inclusiveness by enhancing women’s professional and personal growth. •Women Work is run by a committee of volunteers from across the business, who are tasked with filtering communications throughout the organisation•Executive sponsor Simon Scrivens (MD of Healthcare segment)•Given an operating budget by the D&I team, and encouraged to partner with clients and suppliers•Currently 700 members from across the business
•Annual activity plan including a mentoring scheme, celebrations of international Women’s Day, an annual conference, educational sessions, inspirational speakers and networking opportunities.
