COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS OF SALEThe present commercial conditions of sale

shall be applicable to all sales or deliveries

carried out by FERMAX, unless otherwise

agreed in writing with the Buyer.

ORDERSOrders shall be processed exclusively

through authorized distributors.

DELIVERIESThe delivery dates agreed with FERMAX

shall be considered approximate. FERMAX

undertakes to do its utmost to comply with

the agreed delivery dates, always provided

the Buyer facilitates all correct information

relating to the order and the delivery with

sufficient anticipation.The delivery term shall be reasonably

extended when causes beyond the decision

and control of FERMAX prevent to comply

with the agreed delivery date.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODSThe Buyer shall review and inspect the

goods, as to quality and quantity, within the

maximum period of five days after the date of delivery.

OWNERSHIP RESERVE AND RISKSFERMAX shall continue to be the lawful

owner of the Products supplied until the full

payment of the agreed amounts.

Notwithstanding the above, the risks inherent

to the Products supplied shall be conveyed

to the Buyer from the moment the Products

are delivered by FERMAX.

PRICESPrices do not include any indirect taxes

applicable according to the legislation in

force from time to time. Other taxes, duties

and charges that must be applied shall be

borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed

in writing with FERMAX.

SHIPPING COSTSPrices established in offers, orders,

catalogues and other documents are

EXWORKS prices.

Prices do not include the shipping cost

except otherwise clearly indicated.

PAYMENTUnless FERMAX and the Buyer agreed

otherwise in writing, payments shall be

made within the periods established by the

legislation in force.

FERMAX may require the necessary

guarantees to assure that the Buyer

complies with all agreed payment terms

and conditions, if appropriate considering

the financial position of the latter.

GUARANTEESFERMAX shall provide guarantee during a

period of TWO (2) YEARS following the date

of the sale invoice for any original defects

in the Products, subject to the terms and

conditions established in the legislation in

force and in these Commercial Conditions

of Sale. This guarantee shall be processed

by the Official Technical Services and Official Distributors of FERMAX, regardless the location of purchase.

The Products processed for guarantee that

do not comply with the provisions set forth

in the previous paragraph shall be treated

as out of guarantee. FERMAX reserves the

right to apply the appropriate measures to

compensate any possible damages caused.

Any deficiencies beyond the control of FERMAX shall be excluded from the

guarantee and liability of the latter, specially

when they are the result of normal wear,

false information provided by the Buyer,

inadequate maintenance, failure to

observe the operating instructions, use of

any inappropriate material, influence of chemical or electrolytic action or other

similar causes.

The guarantee of FERMAX shall be subject

to the appropriate compliance with all

payment terms and conditions agreed with

the Buyer.

DAMAGESUnder no circumstances shall the Buyer

be authorized to make contractual or

extracontractual claims for damages

deriving from, but not limited to, the loss

of production, use, orders, profits, nor for any other direct, indirect or consequential

damages.

FERMAX shall be only liable to compensate

the client for the costs associated to repairing

the deficiencies or incidents occurred during the process of supplying the goods that are

attributable to the former.

RETURNSAll returns of material must attach a Return

Authorization Document to be obtained from the Sales Department.All materials must be in mint condition and

include the original packaging before any

return is authorized. Depreciations may be applied according to the corresponding

policies in force.

FERMAX reserves the right to modify these

commercial conditions of sale, as well as the

prices of the Products. The technical and

aesthetic characteristics of the Products

may be modified from time to time. The graphic representations included are

Recommended for buildings of more than 25 homes. The 199 KIT includes all the material needed for a full video

door entry installation, except monitors, connectors and video distributors (if required).

Kit includes: coded VDS outdoor panel with COLOUR camera, flush box, power supply for up to 40 homes in

video or 80 in audio (ref.4830) and a 12Vac power supply (ref.4800) to drive the installations electric lock.

Another power supply (ref.4830) must be added for every additional 40 monitors or 80 telephones.

There are two 199 VIDEO KIT models:

- 199 DIRECT VIDEO KIT. Includes DIRECT VDS panel with keypad for house calls. The call codes assigned to each

door can be indicated in the built-in directory panel. The keypad has a built-in access control function.

The electric lock is triggered when a code up to 6 digits is entered. 1 common code per panel.

- 199 DIGITAL VIDEO KIT. Includes DIGITAL VDS panel with keypad and electronic directory. Door codes and

residents names are shown on the e-agenda type DISPLAY. Keypad with built-in access control function.

Allows to program up to 350 different users/codes.

To complete the installation request the necessary telephones

(ref.3390, ref.3391 or ref.5601). An additional power supply is needed

SKYLINE consists of 8 different-sized frames where different modules can easily be fitted. Modules come in 2 sizes,

COMBINATIONS

The combination of frames and modules depends

on the number of apartments at the building and the

accessories needed.

There are two module sizes: V and W (W is twice the

size of V).

Frames are designated according to their V module

inclusion capacity.

ASSEMBLY

The module-frame clip-on assembly system is very

simple and effective.

The modules fit perfectly into the profile.

Watertight tapes prevent water and dirt to get in.

Once the panel is assembled, the different modules

are connected to each other.

The final result is a compact and robust equipment set,

just like a monoblock panel (IP43 IK7).

The pushbutton contacts and digital keypad are

watertight, assuring their operation and reliability.

Proven in laboratory trials to be able to resist 100,000

pressings in 48 hours.

list of residents and their allocated door codes (telephone

book type). It indicates the communication status. The keys

allow to browse through the menu. Press to call the

apartment after keying the door number on the keypad.

The KEYPAD MODULE allows to call the homes by keying the

allocated door code. It also acts as an access control system,

activating the door release when a given code is entered

(depending on the technology).

phone with built-in bluetooth wireless connection technology.

Can store up to 40 authorized telephones in stand-alone mode. The

the opening and administration commands as well as to send the

Cityline is the luxury audio and video door entry panel from FERMAX.

Its monoblock concept and customized manufacture enable a

wide range of solutions for audio and video door entry panels.

There are 5 different panel dimensions named series, all with the

same width but with different heights and pushbutton capacities.

Each series consists of a large range of single or double pushbutton

solutions with the possibility to include: cardholders, informative

screen, proximity reader or Bluetooth.

With CITYLINE it is possible to choose the most suitable design for

each installation.

CITYLINE maintains total compatibility with its predecessor (CITYLINE

CLASSIC), ensuring its immediate substitution and replacement.

This line includes video and audio functions in the same module,

allowing to renew the CITYLINE CLASSIC audio entry panel for a

CITYLINE video entry, keeping the same measurements and using

the same flush box.

Manufactured in a highly weather resistant anodized aluminium

profile (IP43 IK7). The pushbuttons and displays are chromed zamak,

the amplifier faade in aluminium and the interior protected by a

stainless steel grid.

Pushbuttons are designed watertight and tested in the most

demanding conditions to achieve great durability and reliability.

HOW TO SELECT A PANEL Select the panel required according to the n of apartments in the

building. There are 5 series.

The flush or surface box must be requested separately depending

on the series.

The amplifier may be DUOX,VDS or analogue (4+N).

In case of VDS and DUOX amplifiers, extension call modules are

required: 8-calls (ref.2008) or 16-calls (ref.2441).

CITYLINE DIGITAL PANEL

The Cityline Digital Video door entry panel includes a COLOUR CAMERA as

standard issue and a numeric KEYPAD to make house calls. For calling, once

the door code is entered, press the bell to call the house.

The MODULE has a powerful built-in high-performance (2W)

AMPLIFIER with volume control to set the conversation level.

A synthesized message - The door is open. Please, close

the door behind you- is emitted while the door is opening.

Opening time is adjustable from the keypad.

The metallic keys are made in zamak with permanent

BACKLIGHTING allowing to see the numbers in poor light

conditions. Its robust design and airtight keys guarantee

reliability and durability in any atmosphere.

Includes a highly sensitive CCD CAMERA with 3.7mm lens. Additional night

vision lighting with 6 LEDS. A PAN&TILT system allows to adjust the lens 10,

according to the panel position.

INTUITIVE AND EASY USE

High contrast, enables to view the names of the residents

and the codes through a phone book type DIRECTORY.

The display shows the communication status: calling, busy

channel, etc.

The keys allow to browse through the user and

programming menu.

Once the door code is entered, press to call the house.

Through the keypad it is possible to activate the installations

electric lock. DUOX, VDS and BUS2 digital panels can

handle up to 350 codes/users (Digital) or 1 common code

per panel (Direct). The MDS Digital panel can manage up

to 1.020 users.

There are 2 panel models:

- DIRECT panels: They do not include a display and need a DIRECTORY to

write the name of the residents and their allocated door codes. To call the

apartment, enter the door code via keypad and press .

- DIGITAL panels: Select the tenant/door from the DISPLAY and press the bell

key directly.

DIRECT PANELS have a KEYPAD to call the apartments.

The keypad admits a code to open the door. Adding

a directory panel or a cardholder is recommended.


CITYLINE CLASSIC PANEL

Cityline is the Classic range of audio and video outdoor panels for buildings. It stands out for its design, versatility and curved-convex profile. There are 7 continuous profile series, all of them the same width but with different heights and button capacities.

The PANELS are made of highly weather-resistant anodised aluminium. A cellular rubber waterproof seal, ensures perfect fitting of the panel in the wall, preventing water from getting in. Once installed, the tightening SCREWS are completely hidden by protection covers at the top and bottom. The screws are Allen type. The metal PUSHBUTTONS have a rounded shape, to keep with the curved profile of the panel. They can be double or single. The amplifier emits a confirmation sound when the button is pressed. The chrome finished buttons are protected against weather by thick chrome plating. The pushbuttons include a cardholder to place the name/number of the resident. By pressing the pushbutton, the cardholder illuminates making easier to find the names even in complete darkness. The AMPLIFIER is manufactured in SMD (Surface Mounting Device) and subject to a process of tropicalisation to withstand the most adverse weather conditions. It has: front button for lighting of card-holders, volume controls in both directions for optimum sound level free from feedback, call confirmation sound, sound synth in different languages, etc.

MARINE PANEL

FEATURES

Marine panel is a vandal-proof video door-entry system

made of stainless steel (2,5mm-thick). (IP 54 IK 09)

Marine design includes a COLOUR CAMERA completely

integrated in the amplifier.

The Marine Digital version includes a numeric KEYPAD,

simple and intuitive to use. Enter the door code and press

button to call the apartment.

The panel is attached to the FLUSH BOX by means of

vandal-proof SAFETY SCREWS made of stainless steel.

It is attached to the wall by means of self-expanding

screws and plugs, to avoid warping.

A cellular rubber WATERPROOF SEAL ensures perfect

fitting of the panel onto the wall, preventing water from

getting in.

The module has a powerful built-in high-performance

(2W) AMPLIFIER with volume control to set the conversation

level.

The SMD (Surface Mounting Device) AMPLIFIER, which has

PAN&TILT adjustment system to move the camera 10 in

any direction. It incorporates a 3.6mm wide angle lens.

view the names of the residents and the codes through

a phone book type DIRECTORY. The display shows the
