This electrofusion machine is suitable for welding electrical couplers inPolyethylene (PE) from Ø 32 to Ø 160 mm, for low-pressure conduits.The MUSTANG 160 S is made in compliance with the current safetystandards and Directives. This welding machine’s structure is lightweight, soit is extremely easy to carry around. It is distinguished by the automaticsetting of the welding parameters, by the self-compensation of the currentsupplied (according to the ambient temperature) and by the self-diagnosis, inthe event of any malfunction that could occur before or during welding.
The machine features cables with pins, a transport bag and a manualscraper, most useful to remove the layer of oxidation from the pipe (whichcould undermine the good result of the welding).

This electrofusion machine is suitable for welding electrical couplers inPolyethylene (PE) from Ø 32 mm to Ø 315 mm, for low pressure conduits.The UNIVERSAL is made in compliance with the current safety standardsand Directives. This welding machine’s structure is lightweight, so it isextremely easy to carry around. It is controlled by a microprocessor thatallows the recognition of four different types of cable with pins, identified by acode (written on each one of them), which the operator can confirm bylooking at the display. The different cables are necessary to adapt to thedifferent kinds of electrical coupler available in the market. The main featuresinclude self-compensation of the current supplied (according to the ambienttemperature) and self-diagnosis of any malfunction that could occur before orduring welding.
The machine features four cables with pins, a transport bag and a manualscraper, most useful to remove the layer of oxidation from the pipe (whichcould undermine the good result of the welding).

These universal-kind of electrofusion machines are suitable for weldinglow voltage Polyethylene (PE) couplers (from 8 to 48 Volts) for high pressureconduits.The POLYWELD machines are made in compliance with the currentEuropean standards and directives, and distinguish themselves only by theinput: 230 V for the POLYWELD 2230, and 48 V for the POLYWELD 2048.Both of them have a computer control of the welding cycle, and feature anoptical pen for reading the couplers bar codes. It is possible to setvoltage/time parameters manually, to store up to 150 welding cycles and totransfer them directly to a PC or printer. Any kind of information (evenregarding malfunctions that could occur before or during welding) can beviewed on the display, thanks to the machines’ software.The machines are supplied with a cable with Ø 4 mm connectors, a set ofØ 4,7 mm adapters and a manual scraper, most useful to remove the layerof oxidation from the pipe (which could undermine the good result of thewelding).
