The ecient use of water is an environmental imperative in all countries worldwide: work needs to be done urgently in this field because the availability of water could be significantly reduced in the short to medium term.This environmental awareness led ANQIP (National Association for Quality in Building Installations) to launch a certification and labelling system for product water eciency in Portugal. This initiative will be the answer to a crucial necessity for urgent action, to guarantee, in the near future, the much desired and indispensable conditions for environmental sustainability.

The certification and labelling system for product water eciency allows consumers to recognise the water eciency of all products. This system consists of classifying cisterns into various categories, from category E (least ecient) to category A (most ecient).Cisterns that fall into category A guarantee not only the best water eciency but also an eective cleaning of the toilet bowl. OLI supplies several cisterns that are certified class A of water eciency. All these cisterns have a maximum flush volume of 6 litres and are supplied with a dual flush system that allows the user to employ the most adequate quantity of water at each flush.

OLI74 Plus: An A+ product

OLI74 is an in-wall flush cistern developed and produced by OLI with the main purpose of sustainable use of water. Created with cutting-edge technology, can make discharge speeds which allows an ecient cleaning with only 5 litres of full flush or 3 litres of half flush. With this performance, OLI74 Plus gets an A+ rating at the level of water eciency.

9Currently, the saving of water resources takes on crucial importance in our everyday lives and, in order tohelp people decrease their water bill, OLI developed the Azor Plus inlet valve, a water-saving solution that equips the latest models of OLI toilets. In this catalogue you will find several products equipped with the Azor Plus inlet valve.This inlet valve saves 0.5 litres of water per flush, which equals to a 2% water bill reduction. The decreased consumption of water is due to the delayed refilling of water in the cistern, which prevents it from filling while the flush valve is opened, thus avoiding water waste during the flush of water to the sanitaries.Thus, filling only begins after closing the flush valve and all water flushed is eciently used for cleaning the toilet. This inlet valve is not only ecological, but also quiet, and, thus, certified by the NF standard, acoustic class 1. It is a versatile product with reduced dimensions, counter pressure closing system, quick filling and eective operation at any network pressure.

No TouchWith the QR-INOX NO TOUCH, there is no need touch to activate the flush. The tempered glass is equippedwith capacitive sensors that detect the approach of the hu-man body at approximately 20 mm and through the Hydro-boost technology they activate the flush. You can choose between the half flush and the complete flush by sim-ply approaching your hand and the selected flush is signalled through a light signal. Easy Move allows the pan height to be altered according to users needs by means of a highly attractive solution. Easy move is particularly suitable for the disabled: for this reason it is also equipped, as an optional, with a handles kit for the disabled; furthermore, the flush can be activated with a special control panel. The Easy Move frame is compatible with all WC pan models on the market and guarantees modifications in height of up to 150mm, starting with a minimum height of 400mm and reaching a maximum height of 550mm; the structure has a depth of 200mm including the cistern and the activation motor.

The engine is extremely powerful with a thrust of more than

600kg, and oers maximum reliability and silence: when

operating the noise of the motor is practically inaudible. The

Easy Move structure also incorporates a flexible flush pipe

and possesses a movement speed of 28mm/s thus allowing

rapid alteration of the WC pan height.

The frontal finish of the Easy Move structure, based on the

Flush cisterns to be installed inside the wall and used in combination with floor standing sanitary appliances. Produced with high quality materials, OLI in-wall cisterns are robust, reliable and perfectly adaptable to all available spaces. OLI flush cisterns are suitable for all rooms thanks to the wide range of available control plates, with an extensive variety of choices both in terms of aesthetics and functionality. All OLI in-wall cisterns are characterised by a dual flush system, with silent and rapid float valves. OLI in-wall cisterns are installed and serviced rapidly and easily thanks to simplified access to its internal mechanisms.

The Simflex installation system is composed of a galvanised sheet metal frame, to be used in masonry walls for the rapid and safe installation of wall-hung sanitary appliances. The Simflex mounting frame includes dierent versions designed specifically for the installation of wall-hung WC pans, washbasins, and bidets. The main advantage of the Simflex system is the possibility of rapidly and safely installing a structure that includes a flush cistern and connection system for wall--hung pans, the type of WC that is becoming increasingly popular in all markets due to the advantages that this system oers in terms of facilitating cleaning operations and occupying less space in the bathroom. As well as this specific advantage, we can also add the superior characteristics of the OLI cisterns: the wide range of available control plates, the lining for thermal insulation, the quality of the internal components, the silent operation of the float valve, simplified maintenance and the classification in class A of water eciency.

The Sanitarblock mounting frame system is made up of a metal frame with epoxy resin paint, to be fixed to the floor and to the load bearing structures of the plasterboard wall to support the mounting of wall-hung sanitary appliances. The system includes dierent structures for the installation of wall-hung WC pans, washbasins, bidets and urinals. The main advantage of the Sanitarblock system is the possibility of rapidly and safely installing a structure, inside light walls, that includes a flush cistern and connection system for wall-hung pans. The Sanitarblock system is equipped with a Fast Fit system for fixing the frame to the load bearing walls and this system stands out for its strength and ease of application. The threaded spindle can be cut according to necessity and is secured by manually turning the screw supplied. This system also allows the frame to be levelled o by performing a precise final adjustment. The Sanitarblock system has characteristics of high mechanical resistance in compliance with French Standard NF XP-D12 208 (400 kg).

The OLI Sanitarblock free-standing mounting frame system is composed of metal frames covered with epoxy resin paint, to be secured to the floor only for the installation of wall-hung pans inside light walls. The Sanitarblock free-standing installation system includes frames for wall-hung WC pans, washbasins and bidets. The main advantage of the Sanitar-block Free-standing system is the possibility of rapidly and safely installing a structure, without the necessity of any type of wall, that includes a flush cistern and connection system for wall-hung pans. The feet of the Sanitarblock Free-stan-ding structure are designed so that the structure oers good resistance when secured to the floor only: in particular, load resistance is guaranteed in compliance with the French Standard NF XPD12 208 (400 kg).

CONTROL PLATES

HidroboostThe Hydroboost technology developed by OLI enables

energy to be generated as water enters the cistern and the

supply of a system of energy accumulation for the electronic

activation of the self-sucient dual flush in energy terms.

The activation system of the dual flush in cisterns equipped

with the Hydroboost system is carried out with a no-touch

activation through capacitive sensors.

All it takes is the approach of a hand for the flush to be

activated through the power of a clean energy.

With a continuous power consumption of only 3.3mW,

the energy generated every second by the Hydroboost

system is 38 times greater than the instant consumption

of the system that accumulates power for over 30 days

with no use. That is, in case of prolonged absence,

the smart control system of the cistern automatically

flushes for self-refilling.

The use of this technology requires no connection

with energy or the replacement of batteries,

because when harnessing the energy of water

in motion, it generates and stores energy that

afterwards will be used to activate the flushes.

In this catalogue you will find this technology applied

to the Moon Ceramic innovative control plate

equipped with capacitive sensors for activating

the OLI74 in-wall flush cisterns equipped with the

Hydroboost system.

The servomotor, controlled and supplied through the sensor, activates the flush valve, rotating in one direction for the complete flush, and on the other for the half flush.
