Bradley Funeral Home was opened by Mason E. Bradley in East Camden in 1954. Mason began his career in the funeral industry working for his uncle, Elias Mason, at the Mason Funeral Home upon his discharge from the U.S. Navy. The Mason Funeral Home, also located in East Camden, opened its doors in 1920 and upon the death of Elias in 1950; Mason assumed the position of manager.

By 1953, Mason decided to dissolve the Mason Funeral Home and open Bradley Funeral Home in East Camden. This new funeral home opened its doors in 1954.

With the success of the funeral home in East Camden, Mason decided to open a second location in Marlton in 1968. That same year his son, Wilson Bradley, joined the funeral home staff to work alongside his father in the family business.

Mason died in 1974 and Wilson became manager of both locations.

Wilson decided to close the Bradley Funeral Home, Camden location, in 1987 and invest in the renovation and expansion on the Marlton location. In 1997, additional expansions would take place to better serve the Marlton community and surrounding areas.

Wilson continues to own the funeral home, and has been joined by his daughters, Jill B. Ingram, licensed manager, and Jennifer Bradley, business manager. Wilson, his daughters and the rest of the Bradley Funeral Home staff continue to serve their community with the same professional, compassionate service that Elias Mason provided to his families over 90 years ago.

Consumer Protection Information: There are some monument/memorial dealers who, shortly after burial, contact the family and claim to represent the cemetery or the funeral home. These persons will often attempt to sell a monument to a family, receive payment, and fail to deliver, or suggest that there are certain requirements for monumentation and that monuments must be placed within a certain period of time. There are no such regulations requiring you to erect a monument or inscribe an existing one.

Arranging the funeral ceremony and committal often requires the funeral home to pay others on your behalf. An example of the people who may expect payment in advance include the cemetery, church/synagogue or clergy. Often the timing of the funeral arrangements—hour, date, or holidays—may make it necessary for us to estimate what advances you want us to make on your behalf. We do not charge for this service.

This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers and newspaper notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
