Termination of Appointment andAppointment of Authorised Officers
The Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority:
(a) under section 70(1)(a) of the Waste Management and Pollution Control Act, and
with reference to section 44(1) of the Interpretation Act, terminates the appointment
of Chantelle Lee Sage as an authorised officer; and
(b) under section 70(1)(a) of the Waste Management and Pollution Control Act,
appoints each person named in the Schedule to be an authorised officer for the
purposes of the Act.

All that area of land and sea near East Arm in the Northern Territory of Australia containing
an area of 1.53 hectares more or less being that part of Wickham Locality designated
Northern Territory Portion 7321(A) and contained within a circle of radius 70 metres
centred at the intersection of parallel of South Latitude 12 degrees 30 minutes 37 seconds
and meridian of East Longitude 130 degrees 53 minutes 54 seconds, datum
for co-ordinates being GDA94.
Catalina 5 Wreck Site
All that area of land and sea near East Arm in the Northern Territory of Australia containing
an area of 1.53 hectares more or less being that part of Wickham Locality designated
Northern Territory Portion 7322(A) and contained within a circle of radius 70 metres
centred at the intersection of parallel of South Latitude 12 degrees 30 minutes 38 seconds
and meridian of East Longitude 130 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds, datum for
co-ordinates being GDA94.
