Safety excellence

The platform’s Target Zero safety program takes a full project lifecycle view on safety - from design through to execution and operations. It employs behavioural based safety programs across every phase of a project. Leading indicators play a key role in the measurement of safety performance while Major Accident and Event risk management programs have been implemented to lock in safety learning and proactively manage risks on every project.

To address the safety risk of high consequent events, a Major Accident Prevention Program (MAP) has been developed. MAP provides the critical tools to prevent major accident events from occurring through real-time, line of sight management of potential major hazards.
