High quality

As the 3D wheel aligners take themeasurement in the three-dimensionalspace and not with reference to thehorizontal, requirements to a levelled liftare lower than for conventional aligners.The machines have an intelligent self-diagnostic function, the softwareautomatically detects and signals hard-ware defects and errors in operation.Measurement routines for specialistsround off the comprehensive user soft-ware package, for example caster trailor scrub radius measurement, which isrequired for exact diagnostics of collisionrepair, or for tuning cars.

The high-definition cameras have awide viewing angle. All vehicle specsare supplied directly from the OEMsand are, therefore, complete, up-to-date and accurate.

Compared with a conventional alignerthe use of a 3D aligner saves a lot oftime – once the four targets are fittedto the wheels a few seconds areenough to complete measurements.Consequently more measurements canbe carried out every day and yourinvestment pays off within short.Customised procedures are easy todefine, adjusting aligner operation tothe user's preferential sequences.

High user comfort in the software features

During 3D measurement the camerasdetect the target positions in thethree-dimensional space. This is thebasis for the special Pro32 software tocalculate the exact vehicle alignmentdata.

Although very comprehensive the soft-ware is extremely easy to operate; afew training lectures are enough forthe user to properly handle the 3Daligner. With its intuitive features thesoftware mostly prevents mistakesfrom user's end as it signals at oncewhenever an obvious mistake hasbeen made.

FrameCheck®

The automatic measurement of vehicledimensions simplifies the analysis ofthe vehicle's overall condition (e.g. cross-dimensional measurement).

3D measurement screen

All data measured is shown in a conspicuous 3D graphics to allow easy overall diagnostics.

3D animated graphics

Easy-to-understand on-line help guidethe operator through vehicle-specificadjustments, supplying useful informa-tion on spare parts and special tools.

Up-to-date OEM vehicle specs

Complete vehicle specs and vehicle-rela-ted information assists the user evenwhen handling less conventional vehicletypes. The specs of more than 25,000car models of the past 25 years are allat user's disposal.

Target imaging pointer (optional)

The TIP – a mobile target – was deve-loped to perform a time-saving rideheight measurement. The system canbe switched over to conventional rideheight measurement without any problem at any time.

In addition to the advantages of 3Dalignment as already pointed out before, the geoliner 680 includes special OEM procedures to carry out alignment on the basis of OEM requirements

Operation of this 3D aligner isabsolutely simple as the measurementprogram proceeds automatically sothat only few manual inputs arenecessary, which minimises the risk ofinput errors considerably.

There is no need for run-out compen-sation, it is enough to roll the vehicleshortly forward and backward. Thisprocedure can also be used for thosevehicles that must not be lifted forwheel alignment. The extremely shortpositioning distance increasesthe flexibility of the work place andminimises investments.

Camber, caster and toe are measuredconstantly and read out on the screenso that the operator need not repeatmeasurement several times. This is alsopossible with the wheels demounted,which proves most useful on cars withdifficult access to adjusting elements.

The 3D aligners are com-patible with the asanetwork.Networking in a dealer managementsystem helps to optimise workshopprocedures, consequently saving timeand money. Irrespective of networkingthe customer data can be importedand exported and used for other appli-cations in the workshop.

This wheel aligner combines all theadvantages of geoliner 680 with addedbenefits for the professional user.

The geoliner 780 is a self-synchronisingsystem supplying accurate measureddata in any position at any time.

The cameras feature the DigiSmart system, automatically focussing the targets, fully synchronised with the lift.Owing to the adjustable cameras evenextremely small or large vehicles can bemeasured without any problem.

Thanks to the two independent camerabeams this aligner is ideally suited fordrive-through solutions and can, there-fore, be perfectly used in the check-inbay of the workshop.

Wheel clamps

User-friendly through practical quickclamps, corrosion-proof through partlychrome-plated surfaces, and a clam-ping range of 11" – 22" (up to 26"with optional extensions). The wheelclamps are optimised for Europeanvehicles and can be fitted without anyproblem both on extremely small andlarge rims.

Reversible rim claws

Thanks to the reversible rim claws thewheel clamps can be used both onsteel and alloy rims.Plastic wheel caps can be left on therim during measurement. This savestime and preserves rims and wheelcaps.
