4TH ANNUAL FORT WORTH FOOD + WINE FESTIVAL2017 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

The Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival is North Texas’ most celebrated cuisine and beverage festival, taking place over three days and nights in venues around our thriving culinary community. The festival’s growing roster of talented chefs and food artisans, as well as craft brewers and distinctive vintners, bring a range of tastes, styles and methods that reflect the diversity of the city itself.

But it’s more than good food and good fun – it’s a good cause. That’s because proceeds from the festival go to the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises funds for local grant programs and culinary scholarships. To date, the FWFW Foundation has awarded about $70,000 in scholarships to deserving students from Fort Worth. With your continued support, we can keep this program going strong in 2017 and the years to come.

A marketing opportunity so great, you can almost taste it.

FORT WORTH FOOD + WINE FOUNDATION

Feeding PotentialThe Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival benefits the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises funds for local grant programs and culinary scholarships. To date, the FWFWF has awarded over $70,000 in scholarships to deserving students from Fort Worth. The scholarship committee seeks applicants from the Fort Worth area who have demonstrated commitment, character and need; we ask that those who are awarded scholarships return to work in the Fort Worth culinary community for two years, if possible, upon graduation.

2015 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTSCamron Sanders went from being homeless to attending the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in the span of two short years, thanks to his dedication to accomplishment and his commitment to build a better life for himself.

After he completes his CIA degree, Xavier Thompson wants to return to Fort Worth to work as a chef while also giving opportunities to deserving youth who want to rise above their circumstances. “I want to impact their lives and give them the tools and training they need for success,” he said.

CULINARY CAREER CONFERENCEThe Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation also hosts a one-day workshop designed to help high school students explore their culinary options, expand their knowledge and understand the ingredients for success.
