GI Design & Architecture was founded in 1989 by Jari Inkinen and Hanna Gullsten. The firm is an award winning design practice which has offices in Helsinki and St. Petersbourg.

GI design & architecture employs 26 people and is currently the biggest design company in interior de-sign and architecture and real estate renovation in Nordic countries.

Tammer Trattoria, an Italian restaurant with a wine cellar, was converted from a space that served as a kitchen for a summertime restau-rant, named Tammerin Puisto. The previous restaurant space was also included in the ren-ovation. Tammer Trattoria is located in Tam-merin Park by the river in the heart of the lush green city, Tampere. The restaurant ambience is blissful – it is as if Tammer Trattoria has al-ways been there – rustic yet classic - timeless.
