GLOBAL PREMIER SOCCER AT HOME SOCCER SERIES Each session is broken into three parts: Technical, Mental/Tactical, and Physical SESSION 10: Entering Week 4 of our At Home Soccer Series and we are coming at you with our ‘Social Media Skills Challenge,’ a guide on your nutritional intake before and after games and practice, as well as a new physical component that puts our players on a weekly plan to help them continue to develop as we are home. Make sure to check all of these below, as well as a section to submit questions for our ‘Ask A Coach’ segment and a survey of what you want to see from the At Home Soccer Series. TECHNICAL: Introducing our Social Media Skills Challenge, starting with a tennis ball juggling challenge. Post a video of your high score on social media and make sure to tag us @globalpremiersoccer. How many are you going to get? Think you can set the record across all of GPS? PHYSICAL: Nutrition (what you eat and drink) plays a big part in how prepared your body is to compete in games and perform your best in practice to improve. Click the links to the right for your age group to see some nutritional guidelines that you can follow to make sure your body is getting the right fuel to perform. PHYSICAL: Today we have a program from The Athletic Way, one of our partners from New Hampshire. The program is based on body weight movements without any equipment.
