OverviewThe Global Shoot for Sapphire promotion encourages and rewards Distributors to advance in rank and accumulate Personal Group Volume (PGV) during the promotional period of 12:01 a.m. U.S. ET Oct. 1, 2017 - 11:59 p.m. Dec. 31, 2017.In addition to commissions and earnings according to the Jeunesse® Financial Rewards Plan, participants in this promotion have the opportunity to earn “cash” bonuses.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Global Shoot for Sapphire promotion is available to new and current Distributors who are at a Sapphire Executive rank or below.

For a new Distributor, this “rolling promotion” remains open for the first 90 days. All new Distributors can earn bonuses, take action and reach the next rank with more rewards on a global scale. Accumulate Personal Group Volume (PGV) with sales to both Customers and Distributors to earn all SIX bonuses, and enjoy recognition as one of our global field leaders.

HOW TO ACCUMULATE POINTS

Volume accumulates through personally signing up new Distributors and from Customer orders. This promotion requires new PGV (Personal Group Volume) and this is generated through product sales in your enroller tree during the promotion period. Your enroller tree includes your lines of sponsorship (Distributors you personally enroll and their personally enrolled Distributors, Retail and Jeunesse Preferred customers).

Promotion Rules:

1. How the promotion works: Accumulate new PGV (Personal Group Volume) during the promotion period and advance in rank to earn extra money.

2. Who can participate: New Distributors enrolling in Jeunesse from Oct. 1, 2017 through Dec. 31, 2017, and current Distributors with the Highest Achieved Rank of Sapphire Executive and below may participate. Both new and current Distributors must earn the next rank and earn the accompanying PGV to qualify for the corresponding bonuses.

3. “Real” rank advancement: To win the Promotion bonuses, you must earn your real rank advancement by selling product and building your team. Grandfathered ranks achieved through purchasing a package does not qualify as real rank advancement.

4. What new PGV counts for this promotion: New PGV (Personal Group Volume) accumulated during the promotion period counts with certain exceptions described below. New PGV is volume generated through product sales in your enroller tree during the promotion period. Your enroller tree includes your lines of sponsorship (Distributors you personally enroll and their personally enrolled Distributors, Retail and Jeunesse Preferred customers).

• Included new PGV: a. New PGV (PGV generated during the promotion)b. New PGV from SmartDelivery (formerly Autoship) orders exceeding the monthly 60 PV “Active” requirement from you, new Distributors and Customers (Retail and Jeunesse Preferred) in your enroller treec. New PGV from event packages purchased in the region of the country where you are registered (limit 2 event packages per Distributor)

• Excluded PGV:a. The first 60 PV on each SmartDelivery (formerly Autoship) order does not count. Additional PV over 60 PV from your SmartDelivery orders from you, your Distributors and Customers (Retail and Jeunesse Preferred) in your enroller tree does countb. PGV excluded by the 30% rule (see below)c. Blocked volume (see below)d. PGV from returned product (see below)e. PGV from unverified new distributors (see below)f. Spillover volume (group volume created by Distributors placed in your team tree by your upline)g. Bulk orders

5. Rolling promotion: This is a rolling 90-day promotion and each rank has a set timeframe for achieving a new rank, new PGV, and/or cycle requirement to earn the bonus. The first day of the promotion is the day you enroll in the business and the promotion will run for an additional 89 days after the date of enrollment. For current Distributors, the first day of the promotion is Oct. 1, 2017. The promotion runs from Oct. 1, 2017 through Dec. 31, 2017.

6. 30% rule: No more than 30% of the new PGV can come from any one line of sponsorship or from Retail or Jeunesse Preferred customer volume. For example, if you have personally enrolled 6 people during the promotion period, no more than 30% of your qualifying PGV can come from any one line of sponsorship (your personally sponsored group.)

7. Blocked volume rule: Some PGV may be “blocked” and therefore not included as your PGV. Blocked PGV is described by the following example: If you are a Pearl Executive working to achieve the rank of

Sapphire Executive, the new PGV from Pearl Executives and below in your personally sponsored downline (those in your line of sponsorship) is counted until they achieve the

rank of Sapphire Executive. All new PGV they generate after they reach Sapphire Executive will be blocked from your qualifying PGV. (This rule applies to all the target

ranks in this promotion.) “Blocking” is only applicable for the promotion and does not apply to the Financial Rewards Plan.

8. Returned product: Following the promotion, Distributors and Customers have up to 30 days to return products purchased during the promotion. (See Appendix B of the Policies and Procedures for details.) PGV from returned product will be deducted from your qualifying PGV. Note that if the deductions drop your qualifying PGV below the minimum requirement, you will not earn the bonus. TIP: To avoid this, always close out the promotion period with more volume than is required.

9. Bonus payment: Bonuses earned from the promotion will be paid approximately two weeks after the product return period ends.

10. Government ID uploaded and verified: If you qualify for a bonus, you will have the next 30 days (during the return period) to ensure all new enrollees

with qualifying volume have uploaded their government picture ID to their Wallet for their volume to count toward the promotion. Once the ID has been

validated by Jeunesse, enrollees and their volume will count toward the promotion.

11. Credit card use: While the Policies and Procedures prohibit the use of the same credit card by multiple Distributors, for this promotion you may have up to 10 enrollees share the

same credit card.

12. Shipping address match: While the Policies and Procedures generally prohibit the use of the same shipping address by multiple distributors, for this promotion only you may have up to three enrollees share the same shipping address.

13. Active: You must be active (as defined in the Financial Rewards Plan) and in good standing (no open compliance issues) with Jeunesse to participate in the promotion.

14. Household limitation: Three Distributors per household are permitted to participate in the promotion.
