More than one year after commissioning a new CHP plant at the Doylestown Hospital the system is

exceeding initial financial projections This session will explore the financial environmental and social

impetus for proceeding with an aggressive cogeneration strategy as well as the critical success factors

for ensuring a strong return on investment The project team will present how the initial feasibility

study was conceived and successfully converted into an operable system on schedule and budget

without a single change order through a unique integrated contracting method Actual measurement

and verification results will be shared and compared to initial pro forma estimates
