NEC’s GSS® Grid Storage Solution is a flexible, configurable and fully integrated turnkey solution with a grid-ready design that can be rapidly deployed today to enable generators, utilities and both traditional and microgrid operators reduce costs and increase plant efficiency. With multiple energy storage technology options scaling to hundreds of megawatts, NEC’s GSS® Grid Storage Solution can be easily configured to meet customers’ exact power and energy requirements. The modular design of the GSS® Grid Storage Solution is easy to site and permit and can be configured to fit in spaces that cannot accommodate traditional generation assets.

AEROS® Control System NEC’s proprietary AEROS® Control System provides full command and control of the GSS® Grid Storage Solution platform via a suite of operating modes.

Power Conversion System Power conversion systems are integrated safely with the GBS® Grid Battery System. and controlled by AEROS® Controls to provide seamless operation with the AC grid.
