GRIPS NEW YEARS PARTY
ISC Events & Activities
Big thanks for Jiang Hua Chen who
performed us the saxophone, and special
thanks for the JSC team organizing us a
very fun match of the arm wrestling, as well
as Atari-san from the student office who led
the sing of Japanese traditional New Year
song. Our congratulations to the prizes
winners of the Lucky Stars, the biggest
prizes were GRIPS jumpers, which you can
also find and own one at the student office.
At the party, we had a chance to countdown
together to the New Year, even though it
was a make-up one but the excitement was
just like on the day itself. Last but not least,
our traditional fun with dance music by DJ. Emmanuel who made the dance floor
more special than ever. For us the ISC, it was our first party; we realized the mistakes
and appreciated your kind suggestions. We promise to continue to make a wonderful
year of our fellow friends and even make it better. We will meet again at another party

chance to seek the A-grades by visiting and pray-ing at the IQ-knowledge giving shrine called
Dazaifu Tenmangu. Social and informal interac-tions across nationalities, GRIPS professors andstudents and gender made the trip a useful avenuein building a truly global network of leaders.
