Mobile number portability (MNP) : Mobile subscribers can change theservice provider with out changing the mobile number

UPC consists of 2 alphabets and 6 numbers with a validity of 14 days

The customer has to submit new application form to the new serviceprovider.

Porting out from the existing provider is confirmed through SMS in theexisting SIM. After disconnection put the new SIM card issued by newoperator into the handset and dial 123 and press call button or *123# &press call button for activation
