Suggest you nclude your tagline under the company name
Joe Rouse
For investors, consider droppping '…in the Philippines' from the slide, to preclude folks from thinking you're a local play, only. You can and should certainly say you're starting in the Philippines, or Manila for that matter, but will be Pan-SE Asia- or however big you htink you can be!
Joe Rouse
This is your elevtor pitch, so I suggest you add to the wording something about the competition ('unlike exisiting solutions, we offer clubs and brands a smarter way to reach their best customers while enabling partyers to get into the venues they want, for free'
• Promoters come and go along with their crowd• Promoters do not share their database for marketing• Only 50% of pre-booked tables arrive during the event
(no deposits made)• Receptionists have to manually search on dozens of
guest lists to locate your name• There are no analytics to measure their club’s
performance (i.e. buyer behavior, attendance rate)• No way to screen the crowd that promoters bring in
(thieves, pickpockets, freeloaders)
The Problem
Getting on a night club’s guest list is very time consuming and inconvenient
There is no way of getting accurate data for clubs and brands in the nightlife industry
Joe Rouse
Add a layer adn some data to the problem statement, from the perspective of the brands/sponsors, who are also your customers and currently your largest source of revenue. What $$ and how much are they losing as a result of the current 'system'? E.g. what percentage of clubbers will leave a line if they have to wait some period of time, or not even go out at all?

For Clubs and Brands
Joe Rouse
Could the clubs also be interested in the demographics and analytics, to support their claimed 'premium' (upscale/youth/singles, etc.) positioning with the brands and others? Manager/owners at the bigger clubs will be more web savvy...
Joe Rouse
Could a more powerful value propositon to the clubs be less about getting more people in (automation) and more about getting the 'right' (big spenders) in? I don't mean the VIP's, whom they'll let in for free to draw the paying customers…
Our Brand New iOS App
SOLUTION
Fully Automates Guest listing System in the ClubsPARTY ID
Launched November 10, 2013
9,000+ Downloads
Joe Rouse
I think the stronger message is the Party ID app, as opposed to the fact it's on IOS (and, investors will ask, what about Android?). Maybe just verbalize 'Our brand new iOS app'. It's easier for an investor to make the lik between the Party ID and the associated analytics you are rolling up to demosntrate real value...

Market Size• P2bn industry in the Philippines• 1M TAM• Bigger than ever (More Clubs and Events/Festivals,
Mainstream Music and Pop Culture)
Joe Rouse
Need some specifics about revenue spent by clubbers per year, for a 3-5 year period going forward, forecast growth rate. Suggest you get some high level info for other major cities as wel-Cebu, Singapore, Bangkok, KL, HCMC...Perhaps a group such as the Philippines Tourist Board would have this? Leading ad agencies should, too.

Thi should be moved to be part of your problem statement

Joe Rouse
This kinda sells the clubs to the brands, but doesn't offer anything new to the clubs. If you are trying to grow the market by helping the mid-tier clubs move up, this slide needs work: I'm unsure what the x- axis of the bar graph is- average bar tab per clubber at a given club?

The benefits on the left hand side could ordered in terms of your comparative advatange i.e Party ID to the top of the list, then 'Skip lines', then 'All Events'. Make sure you can back up why you deliver these benefits while others cannot (e.g. free drinks or all events)
