Challenges

41.000 Aircraft (+10 ton freighter or + 100 passengers) are ordered or will be ordered

No solution today to attract and train these vast numbers numbers of pilots to fly them

Rushed recruitment and sub-optimal selection and training can result in shrinking safety margins

Due to the shortages the market will become more volatile = more job hopping

Instructors are already short in supply
