    Developed for the petrochemical industry, Powerclick 63 consists of 4 basic lightweight components, which allow the user to create hundreds of pipe support configuations without welding.

    No welding, no fire riskThe system does not require welding, and is simply bolted together in the field. Eliminate the hazards associated with “hot work”.

    Lightweight – all parts under 40 lbs The system consists of light weight individual components easily handled by one or two installers. No cranes or heavy lifting gear needed.

    Flexible ‒ change layout at any time Cover most of your support require-ments with just four components. The system is adjustable on site, and can be changed in-service to suit new process layouts.

    Mechanically interlocking connection Toothed channel achieves positive con-nection with toothed fixing hardware. Forces are transferred to steel structure using the universal beam clamp with hardened teeth. The standard base support is used on concrete.

    Torsional RigidityThe closed profile of the HALFEN Powerclick 63 channel enables it to resist a moment of torsional inertia equal to a steel W-8 I-beam. This capability enables the system to support high loads.

    Corrosion ProtectionAll components are hot dip galvanized to provide optimum corrosion resistance. For exterior as well as interior applications.

    BASIS OF CALCULATION

    Weights and suggested pipe support spacing of steel pipes

    EN 13480:2002 ”Metallic industrial piping“ standard relates to the elementary guidelines for pipe systems and their supporting structures. The connection parts load tables contain bear-ing values according to the rules of piping EN 13480 for normal operating conditions (”rated loads“-N) as well as for occasional operating conditions (G).
