The event kicked off with a welcome speech by Ms. Shirley Lai, General Manager of Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur, followed by the introduction of the head of departments and sales team. “Our annual appreciation event is held as a way of saying thank you and expressing our appreciation towards our clients for their continuous business and support,” said Ms. Shirley Lai.
