Description It becomes immediately apparent to the observer that this is no ordinary, everyday wine. It rolls around in the bottle slowly as you turn it, and also takes its time to trickle down the side of the glass. Its bouquet is bewildering; fresh and fruity, but mature and sweet at the same time. Amazingly, it also has a salty character, which rounds out after tasting. The first sip brings with it everything felt in its bouquet. Tight acids, alcoholic sweetness and a harmonious residual sugar level. A wine with tremendous aging potential, at the beginning of its life cycle.
