Purpose:

To measure the impact of Low Level Laser Therapy on changes in the Autonomic Nervous System

Research Study

Evaluate changes in Stress Index and PNS/SNS Ratios, by measuring Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

Q-1000 Low Level Laser (2035, Inc.)

12 laser diode laser, 6 soliton waves, at wavelengths from 470-940nm. 3 preset modes and 4 programmable modes. Power per diode: <5mW. The total power output per 3 minute cycle: 3.9 joules. Lasers made from combination of Indium, Gallium, Aluminum and Phosphorus.

Safety

The Q-1000 Laser is registered with the FDA as a Class 1 device, based on Underwriters Laboratory research.

Class 1 lasers present minimal potential harm and are classified by the FDA as non-significant risk.

The Protocol

by measuring HRV.

3. Re-test HRV

Software to assess Heart Rate Variability (HRV) through analysis of blood flow.
