When the mind is negative, dualistic or lacks stability — it can be balanced in Sat Nam Rasayan® with the consciousness of the 6 th chakra, the Ajna. Similarly, the consciousness of the other chakras supports healing physical and mental dis-ease. In this workshop we will experience and heal based on the consciousness of the chakras. Hargopal Kaur Khalsa left a career in aerospace to devote herself to teach Sat Nam Rasayan®, yoga and meditation; facilitate family constellations; and serve clients. She also compiles books based on Yogi Bhajan’s teachings. Her passion is to uplift and support people – emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
