• The Agency is developing the tool in partnership with:►the EU social partners - ETUC, BusinessEurope, UEAPME►the EU governments ►European Commission►the Dutch government and the Dutch social partners

• The Online risk assessment tool will be the legacy of the Risk Assessment campaign.

Next steps

• Testing phase►To carry out two pilots:

1 EU sectoral social dialogue (preliminary discussions already with the Construction Social Partners)

1 Member State

►Aims: Test the tool Test validity of written guides intended for

developers and end-users.

• Public launch of the tool – end 2010
