KNITTING CLUB: THIS MONDAY, 3/26

WARM UP AMERICA KNITTING PROJECT The HIR Knitting Club has launched the HIR Knitting Club

Warms Up America Project. In partnership with Lion Brand

Yarn Company we will be knitting and/or crocheting small

squares to be made up into afghans by the volunteer group Warm Up America. The blankets are then given to recipients

such as women’s shelters, nursing homes, children’s hospitals

and shelters, veterans’ homes and homeless shelters. We ask

only that you know how to knit or crochet. Yarn, needles and

hooks will be provided courtesy of Lion Brand Yarn Company.

Monthly meetings will take place as follows:

1) On the 1st Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm

2) On the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00pm

Because of Passover, the next Tuesday meeting will
