THE CAMP

Hero Girls Camp will be in both English and Spanish, with trainings directed by Hero coaches and pro players.

THE CITY

The camp will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from July 22nd to August 4th, 2018. All the par-ticipants will be hosted at Sarrià Student’s Residence, a comfortable, nice and full equipped residence located at the heart of Barcelona. Warm, lively and sporty, Barcelona is the ideal environment to welcome a women’s soccer camp.

THE PARTICIPANTS

The camp will host girls aged be-tween 12 and 17 years old, ready to live a unique international expe-rience. Registrations for Hero Girls Camp are limited!

El campus tendrá lugar en Barcelona, España, del 22 de julio al 4 de agos-to de 2018. Todas las participantes se hospedarán en la residencia de estudiantes Sarrià, una cómoda, agradable y preparada residencia en el corazón de Barcelona. Cálida, viva y deportiva, Barcelona es el escenario ideal para albergar uncampus de fútbol femenino.

Elite women’s soccer players will be involved in trainings, workshops, ac-tivities and city visits. Watch closely our channels, the participant elite play-ers will be announced.

TACTICS

Forwards, midfielders, defenders and goalkeepers. The trainings will be aimed to all positions to enhance you game and decision-making on the pitch.

SKILLS

Improve your technical skills with qualified and effective exercises, both with and without the ball. Goalkeepers will have the chance to attend specialized trainings.

TÁCTICAS

Delanteras, mediocentros, defensas y porteras. Los entrenamientos estarán enfocados a todas las posiciones para mejorar tu juego y toma de deci-siones en el campo.

APTITUDES

Mejora tus habilidad con ejercicios cualificados y efectivos, tanto con y sin balón. Las porteras tendrán la oportunidad de tener entrenamientos especializados.

The daily schedule includes many activities to enjoy to the fullest. From trainings to a daily workshop with athletes and sport references or leisure activities. The girls will learn about valuable content as nutrition, injury prevention, tactics or women in sports.

El programa diario incluye varias actividades para disfrutar al máximo. Desde entrenamientos hasta un workshop diario con deportistas y referencias del deporte o actividades de entretenimiento. Las chicas aprenderán contenido relevante sobre nutrición, prevención de lesiones, táctica o mujer en el deporte.

The training sessions will be held in two different places:

1- Can Carelleu 2- Montjuïc Olympic Stadium

Can Caralleu Sports Center, very close to the residence, counts with 7 and 11 aside outdoors soccer fields, indoor court, three swimming pools, fitness center, solarium and sauna. Sport, top quality grass and equipment.Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992 were celebrated in Montjuïc Olympic Sta-dium. Today, it is one of the few UEFA Elite Stadiums in Spain, prepared to host top-level competitions.

Las sesiones de entrenamiento se llevarán a cabo en dos lugares diferentes:

El centro deportivo Can Carelleu, muy cercano a la residencia, cuenta con campos exteriores de fútbol 7 y fútbol 11, campo interior, tres piscinas, centro de fitness, solarium y sauna. Deporte, césped y equipamento de alta calidad.Los Juegos Olímpicos de Barcelona 1992 se celebraron en el Estadio Olímpico de Montjuïc. Hoy en día, es uno de los pocos UEFA Elite Stadiums de España, preparado para acoger competiciones de máximo nivel.

Located at the heart of Barcelona, Sarrià Student’s Residence will host all Hero Girls Camp participants. A comfortable, nice and full equipped residence. The ideal environment for training, resting, studying and having fun!
