If you are going into school, I have sent a video into school for you to listen to the story again in the classroom. Hi Everyone, this is your last learning log, your story books this week are:

Reading

Over the summer holidays, keep reading your books on Bug Club. Try

to log on and read two books a week. I will make sure you have

enough books allocated to your account.

Numeracy Activity 1 – The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch

Add together all the items from the story

We have worked on counting in 2’s. can you now count in

2’s to find out how many shells Mrs. Grinling collects

each day.

Count how many legs each animal has, then order them from the least to the

greatest. You have been working on least and greatest over the last few weeks.

Now add each group of legs and then order them from least to the greatest

Numeracy Activity 2

I have attached some more White Rose math’s activities. These all cover number

bonds and number families using + and – signs. I will post a video just to remind

you of the number bonds we have worked on in class and at home. Choose which

activities you complete.

Let’s get creative

Make a delicious sandwich for Mr. Grinling, post

me a picture of your sandwich. Perhaps you could

have picnic in the garden and include your

sandwich.
