CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All prospective purchasers to register to bid and give in their name, address and telephone number, in default of which the lot or lots purchased may be immediately put up again and re-sold
2. The highest bidder to be the buyer. If any dispute arises regarding any bidding the Lot, at the sole discretion of the auctioneers, to be put up and sold again.
3. The bidding to be regulated by the auctioneer.
4. In the case of Lots upon which there is a reserve, the auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the Vendor.
5. No Lots to be transferable and all accounts to be settled at the close of the sale.
6. The lots to be taken away whether genuine and authentic or not, with all faults and errors of every description and to be at the risk of the purchaser immediately after the fall of the hammer but must be paid for in full before the property in the goods passes to the buyer. The auctioneer will not hold himself responsible for the incorrect description or authenticity of or any fault or defect in any lot and makes no warranty.
7. To prevent inaccuracy and inconvenience in the settlement of purchases, no lot may be removed either during or after the sale without being previously paid for.
8. If any person neglects or refuses to comply with any of the foregoing conditions, the auctioneer shall be at liberty to resell the lot and any deficiency that may arise in the resale, together with all expenses attending it shall be made good by the defaulter.
9. AGENCY. The auctioneer normally acts as agent only and disclaims any responsibility for default by the seller or the buyer
10. WARRANTY OF TITLE AND AVAILABILITY. The seller warrants the auctioneer and the buyer that the seller is the true owner of the property consigned or is properly authorised to consign it for sale and is able to transfer the title of the property free of any third party claims.
11. TERMS - strictly cash. All accounts must be settled on the sale site on day of sale Maximum cash permitted to be taken £7,500. Debit cards accepted. Company Credit & Credit cards NOT ACCEPTED
12. V.A.T. at the current rate will be added to the purchase price of all goods subject to V.A.T. Goods are sold under the auctioneers V.A.T. Margin Scheme for second hand goods. V Denotes VAT on lots
13. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY - Neither the auctioneers, landowners or sellers nor any agent or employee of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage injury to any person or property whatsoever whether cause by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way.
14. HEALTH AND SAFETY - The auctioneers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must adhere to instructions of the auctioneers and their porters.

Forward
The sale is due to the main vendors suffering from ill health and age. They have had much enjoyment from owning these trucks and have travelled far and wide to road runs and rallies meeting many wonderful enthusiasts along the way.
Now the time has come for the trucks to be part of other people collections for their enjoyment. The majority of the vehicles are in good running order, some have been stored for a few years and need a little attention but generally they are very good.
None of the vehicles are assets of a business and therefore will not be subject to VAT on the purchase price. Any buyer unable to remove their purchases on the day of the sale must notify the auctioneers before leaving the site. Mr Les Morgan will store any vehicle for up to 2 weeks free of charge. However all lots must be paid for in full at the time of sale and become the purchasers responsibility at the fall of the hammer.
Mr Les Morgan will take all precautions to look after items while they remain on site but shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.
1 1963 Thames Trader 5 ton tipper lorry, down rated to 31/2
ton. Ford six cylinder engine, four speed Ford gearbox. Recorded mileage 47,528 believed to be correct. Originally owned by Percy Lloyd, Kinlet, followed by Max Preece, Rickton Manor, Bridgnorth. Restored by Boughey restorations. Has been rallied extensive in the UK and Southern Ireland Reg no 2904 NT
2 1959 Leyland Steer 24ft drop side lorry, (Chinese six)
Leyland 600 engine, second inline gearbox New to Phillips Electrical Group. Early restoration by Jack Ford, Chapel on the Frith and later by Boughey restorations, Reg no WVB 887
3 1966 Ford D series 754 tipper lorry,
Early restoration, 41,000 miles recorded Reg no HDB 797D
4 1949 Vulcan 6 PF lorry.
Six cylinder Perkins engine. Four speed gearbox two speed axle. Beaver tail body and ramps, Purchased by John Onions of Shrewsbury then restored and overhauled by John Boughey, A rare lorry suit any collection. Reg no JFJ 672
5 1939 Foden DG 610 timber tractor, made for MoD gun
carriage tractor Six cylinder LW engine. Purchased by B J Davies Bucknell 1945 and converted to timber tractor, restored by Alan Coxhill, with aluminium cab and ash doors, 50 Ton Scammel flat winch and Hesner jib winch, On 1400 x 2 rear tyres. Original front wheels are available. The tractor was sold in 1960 to a buyer in Scotland, Jonathan Farman purchased the tractor where it remained for many years before it was sold to John Onions. Les Morgan purchased it in 1998. Reg no FAW 671
6 1963 ERF KV series 4 x 2 lorry unit,
150 engine, twelve speed gearbox Cruxhall heavy duty back axle. Original bill of sale from ERF for Tracy Read, Hereford. The ERF was on stand at the Three Counties show Malvern in 1963. Restored by Alan Coxhill, Reg no 758 DCJ
7 ERF E8 265 4 x 2 tractor unit.
Cummins 265 engine, David Brown six speed splitter gearbox. Restored and overhauled 2000 by Alan Coxhill Reg no G806 MWD
8 1983 Volvo F10 turbo intercooler 4 x 2 tractor unit,
Fully restored by Paul Adams, Paintwork by Alan Coxhill and sign written by Les Price. Used on road runs. Reg no A490 DMO
9 1962/3 Foden S21 ballast tractor.
180 Gardner engine. Twelve speed air change gearbox. Believed to be only one of six Built for British Rail and used at Swansea. Ex Lionel Amos. Engine overhauled and body restored by Boughey Restorations. With 50 ton Foden winch. A rare lorry Reg no YUV 684
