The Faggiolati Pumps SpA, certifi ed ISO 9001 :2008, UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 works in the national and international field. It is specialized in designing and manufacturing submersible electric pumps, mixers and aerators with metallurgies that go from the lamellar graphite cast –iron to the austenitic 316 stainless steel, Duplex, Hastelloy alloy up to the Bronze and its
alloys. To underline that all its metallurgies are certified and of Italian origin. The available hydraulic versions are: Drainage, Grinder, single/multi channel, high efficiency Vortex. Motors, up to powers of 50 kW , are certified according to anti-explosion normative ATEX. Furthermore we supply special executions according to customer’s projects, water aerators, oxygenators, mixers, electronic instruments and accessories for pumping plants.

Research and Development
Faggiolatti technical department, research and development is well equipped with sophisticated computer systems and collaborates with external research
offices, including those of several Italian and foreign universities.
Quality Control
Testing and Test bed
Particular of strong check in acceptance: Parts are assembled after their electrical and mechanical testing phase (comparing the data sheets) . During the production process we do several hydraulic and electric tests.
New testing tank called “Max Charter”; 22 meters long, 8 meters deep and 6 meters wide, completely in reinforced concrete equipment to test
propeller pumps, mixers and Arial jets, external pumps, NPSH and immersion pumps up to 500 Kw. This tank has led to the creation of agreements with some Italian and foreign university for training internship and degree thesis in mechanical and hydraulic engineering.

The four assembling departments are divided according to pump dimensions and weight.
Faggiolatti Factory is spread over 4,500 Sq m area having all the equipment to design, manufacture and test the production range
In Shipping department each pump is equipped with an inox nameplate, manual of instruction and use as well as nameplate copy to stick on the control panel.
