OUR GUIDELINES & POLICIESNEXT DAY ORDERS: All confirmed orders should be received via phone/email no later than 3:00 pm the business day prior.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS: Any changes to a confirmed order must be received 48 hours prior of delivery time of order; Changes must be confirmed via phone/email sayhello@classiquecatering.ca with your CSR.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations must be confirmed by phone/email no later than 48 hours; 50% service charge will apply for any order cancelled after that.

DELIVERY MINIMUM: There will be a minimum $150 food and beverage charge before delivery and taxes.

DELIVERY CHARGE: Minimum delivery charge is $25; charges will vary based on delivery location; Please confirm charges with your customer service representative.

Classique will make every effort to have all deliveries arrive at assigned times. However we cannot be held responsible for extreme traffic conditions; (i.e. road closures, traffic volume and accidents, severe weather conditions, etc).

ALLERGIES/SPECIAL MEALS: Please speak with your customer service representative regarding any special meal requirements; Classique’s HACCP kitchen will take every precaution to prevent cross contamination, but cannot accept liability should any allergic reaction occur. Please advise your CSR of all allergy restrictions in detail.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: All orders must be confirmed with credit card authorization or company cheque picked up upon delivery of order; payment will be processed

on the day of the delivery of the order.

Please discuss with your Catering Consultant any invoicing required, credit card authorization or if payment upon delivery is cash. A 2.5% processing charge is applicable to credit card payments.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Classique reserves the right to substitute any menu items due to availability and market conditions.

Events over $1,000 require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. Remaining 50% required on date of event.
