Toy & House HazardsAvoid small toys that could be choking hazards like play earrings.Avoid leaving magnets around the house, they are an ingestion hazard and will cause damage to tissue if swallowed. Put a protective barrier between the fireplace and play space.Do not leave and candles unattended.Be cautious with breakable ornaments.Keep button cell batteries out of reach, they often show up in holiday cards and decorations and can be easily swallowed by children.

Traveling & cold weatherMittens and Hats with strings can be dangerous, avoid using them with young children.Do not buckle a car seat with a childs coat still on, the car seat seat restraints cannot fit snuggly this way.Instead put the coat on backwards after the child is buckled in the seat.Always check snow and road conditions before leaving the house.
