Compelling ContentFeaturing forty instructors, 130 classes, and five sponsored
parties, our guests learn from some of the world's leading
alternative health professionals, research scientists,
macrobiotic healers, shiatsu practitioners, yoga and Pilates
instructors, and vegan and macrobiotic chefs all in luxury Spa
retreat environment.
Instructors teach yoga, Pilates, aerobics and meditation classes
every morning and many of our presenters also offer individual
counseling and treatments during the cruise.
