Seachtain na Gaeilge 1st - 17th Márta 2018 During Seachtain na Gaeilge, we try to use more “Gaeilge” whenever we can. Our school hall was decorated with the Irish Flag and Shamrocks. We also dressed up in Green/White/Gold for the Céilí Mór and Banna Cheoil na Scoile. Céilí Mór- An Déardaoin 8th March (Thursday) We had great fun dancing Shoe the Donkey, Circle Dance and the Walls of Limerick. Banna Cheoil na Scoile - An Déardaoin 15th March(Thursday) We are very lucky to have some fantastic musicians amongst our staff. We listened to a fabulous performance of traditonal Irish music.We all joined in singing songs we had learned “Molly Malone, The Rathlin Bog, Beidh Aonach Amárach”, to name a few. Some children dressed in Irish dancing costumes and danced for us.

A BIG THANK YOU Thank you to the Parents’ Association for organising the Spring Cake Sale and Raffle. A fabulous success with
