CFQ level 1 consists of a series of simple, relaxed movements.
It is particularly suitable for people who spend a lot of time concentrating and fi nd it hard to switch off afterwards.
There are two small friendly CFQ classes in Oxford:
Monday afternoon, 2.00 - 3.30pm. Wednesday evening, 7.00 - 8.30pm.

The College’s dining hall operates on a pre-pay self service system with members debi� ng their account before entering the hall. The postholder will operate the � ll ensuring all members are debited at the correct payment rate.
