Sign on as a sponsor! Sponsorships vary from $500 to $1500 with each sponsorship including event tickets, plus more, and a portion of the cost is tax deductible.

As the Holiday Season comes into full swing, the HBACA would like to wish our members a very Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah to our friends of Jewish faith, and a wonderful New Year to all!
2012 has undoubtedly been another challenging year. Sadly, we are still seeing a number of great, longtime members closing their doors or merging with other companies in an effort to continue moving forward. Overall though, home building here in Central Arizona is experiencing a pretty amazing resurgence, with new home permits increasing more than 65% over 2011, and builders and trades hiring workers again! If the economists are correct, we should see even more improvement in the housing market in the coming year. For this we are truly grateful.
The HBACA would like to thank all of our members for your dedi-cation to the Association. Membership numbers may be down, but at 450 companies strong our HBA is still one of the most robust in the country. Over the past few years, your unwavering support has allowed the HBACA to reduce impact fees and create an Arizona state standard for fall protection – both of which are helping our industry on the road to recovery. Our members have continued to embrace the Association’s many events and pro-grams including the Southwest Builders Show, Meet the Builder Breakfasts, educational seminars and golf tournaments – all of which provide much needed business development opportuni-ties for both Builder and Associate members. Your generosity also allowed our charitable arm Home Builders Care to kick off a new fundraising event this year, Builders Uncorked, which gener-ated $20,000 for the Sojourner Center. Members also contributed more than $11,000 to provide water, bus tickets and clothing to
homeless veterans during our summer H2O Water Drive. Thank you all for your generous outpouring of support for both the HBACA and the community at large!
