A Corporate Membership at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club gives you all the tools you need to impress your clients. From the first tee to our exclusive dining and meeting rooms, with seating capacities ranging from 10 to 288, a Corporate Membership provides both professional and personal benefits to you and your company.

Corporate Memberships are available to businesses located inside or outside of Lakewood Ranch.

GUIDELINES

DESIGNATED USER: Each Corporate Membership may permit up to four full-time employees of the business and their immediate families to be the Designated Users of the membership use privileges. Each designee can select the membership level most fitting for them and their family.

The following information is to be provided on company letterhead for each designee: their name, title/position held in company and category of membership. Documentation of employment, such as a paycheck stub or W-2 is required to confirm corporate eligibility of each designee.

DUES: Dues must be paid for each Designated User. Family dues will be charged if the Designated User is married and his/her family will have use of the facilities. Single dues will be charged for a single unmarried user.

MEMBERSHIP JOINING INITIATION FEE: The Membership Joining Initiation Fee of the highest category of membership selected is required.

GUESTS: Designated Users of Corporate Memberships must accompany their guests at all times.

CHANGE OF DESIGNATED USER: A Designated User may be changed one time per calendar year at no charge. Thereafter, payment is required of a non-refundable transfer fee in an amount determined by The Club at the time of request.

MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES/DOWNGRADES: Upgrades/downgrades of membership to a different category will be handled in accordance with the Membership Plan.

RESIGNATION OF MEMBERSHIP: A business may resign a membership or Designated User by written notification to The Club as outlined in the Membership Plan.

Does my business need to be located in Lakewood Ranch? No, Corporate Memberships are available to businesses located inside or outside of Lakewood Ranch.

How many Designated Users are allowed? Each Corporate Membership allows up to four full-time employees and their immediate families as Designated Users.

Do all Designated Users have to select the same category of membership? No, each designee can select the Premier Membership that best suits their needs.

What information do I need to provide for membership? A letter on company letterhead specifying the name, title/position held within the company and membership category selected for each designee. In addition, a paycheck stub or W2 for each designee is required to confirm eligibility.

Who is responsible for monthly dues? Each designee will receive a monthly statement containing charges and the applicable dues for the membership category selected.

What’s the difference between single and family memberships? Family dues are charged when a Designated User is married. Member privileges and use of the facilities will be granted to their spouse and children up to the age of 25. Single dues will be charged when a Designated User is single, not married.

Is there an initiation joining fee for each designee? Great news, only one Joining Initiation Fee per Corporate Membership is required of the highest category of membership selected.

Are guests allowed? Yes, Designated Users may bring guests to The Club, but must accompany their guests at all times.

Can Designated Users be added or changed? A Designated User may be changed one time per calendar year at no charge.

Can a Corporate Membership be upgraded or downgraded? Upgrades or downgrades of membership to a different category will be handled in accordance with the Membership Plan.

Can a Corporate Membership be resigned? A Corporate Membership or Designated User can be resigned with written notification to The Club as outlined in the Membership Plan.
