Effluent samples collected from facultative treatment pond which also acts as final disposal pond via percolation and evaporation. TDS. sodium, chloride and sulfate typically spike above effluent limitations during the 2nd quarter monitoring event possibly due to evaporation. Poor water supply quality (hard water) and the use of domestic water softeners is primary contributing factor.
