PPT DESIGN NOTE: •The multiple image cover slide may be used for external presentations when multiple businesses and/or offering are being represented•The white Honeywell logo on red background must always remain in upper right position and should not be altered in any way unless it is being replaced with an approved endorsed brand (by Honeywell) logo. •The five image spaces may be replaced as needed to support your presentation, but care should be taken to maintain the integrity of the design and separating white bars. •Images must be strong, high resolution, high-quality photos that depict HON people and our technologies•Do not use clip art•Do not include text on photos•Do not overlap white margins with images or change the margin size•Do not add additional image blocks… Use 5 images and logo only

•To replace images:•Select “Insert” from top tool bar and then select “Picture”•Navigate to photo location on your hard drive and select •Once inserted, you should either reduce the image size or crop the image to fit the grid block

CROP: Select the photo, click on “Format” in the top tool bar and then select “Crop.” Use your mouse on photo edges to adjust the photo. RESIZE: Select the photo and use your mouse on the edges to reduce to the appropriate size. Hold the shift key while dragging corners to maintain the photo proportion.

• Make any slide fit the HON template, but clicking the “Layout” icon on the menu bar and selecting the layout from the dropdown

• Or, when you are inserting a new slide, use the “New Slide” dropdown to select the template you need.
