– Offeror certifies Hawaii residents will comprise notless than 80% of the construction workforceemployed to perform the construction work.
– 15% of the total possible points will be added to thePLO’s final evaluated score.
Apprenticeship Preference
– Offeror is a party to an apprenticeship agreement foreach apprenticeable trade the Offeror will employ.
– 5% reduction of the construction cost of the pricing forevaluation purposes only (one time application).
