Since its inception in 2002, this award is always given to a partner who best exemplifies the mission of the Partners in Education pro-gram and demonstrates loyalty to the school system and to the community.
At this year’s Celebration of Excellence, held on Friday, March 13, 2015, Cindy Jones Mills was named the 2015 recip-ient of this award.
Cindy began as a room mom and further became involved as a mentor and in parent organiza-t ions , school counci ls , and Education SPLOST/Bond com-mittees.
