To create pricing ranges for this guide, we considered a “small hotel” to have between one and 100 rooms, a “medium hotel” to have between 101 and 300

rooms, and a “large hotel” to have 301 or more rooms. It’s important to note that vendors have different pricing models. While many charge a monthly fee per room or a flat, one-time license fee, others like Resort Data Processing charges by rooms in ranges (e.g. 1-10 rooms, 11-50 rooms).
