Guests staying in the main building can order breakfast, lunch or dinner service in their room or suite; from snacks to elaborate dishes. They can also enjoy a bottle of wine or chilled cava.

BreakfastDeià Terrace / Buganvilla Restaurant

Be seduced by Es Molí’s delicious breakfast under the morning sun. Our buffet offers a wide variety of cold and hot dishes. Try our savoury omelettes to taste, freshly squeezed orange juice and the island’s local products. Also, Sundays are surprise cava days.

Breakfast is served in the Buganvilla Restaurant in March, April, and October, and on the Deià Terrace from May to September. These dates are illustrative and depend on the weather conditions. We will gladly serve you from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Lunch, snacks and dinnerSa Font des Molí Restaurant

The quiet terraces of our Sa Font des Molí Restaurant, located next to the large swimming pool, are the perfect setting for a snack, lunch, or a summer dinner. Enjoy delicious dishes all day, meats, fresh fish, and pasta, as well as tasty salads, sandwiches and snacks.

We are delighted to serve you from 1 to 10 p.m., June to September. Our opening hours in March, April, May and October are 1 to 4 p.m. In case of bad weather, we will serve you in the lounge bar.

Lunch / SnacksCala Muleta Snack-Bar

The Cala Muleta Snack-Bar in the “exclusive” Es Molí Hotel cove is a haven of peace and serenity. After a swim, you can recover with a tasty Mediterranean snack, from salads and tasty starters, to sandwiches, hamburgers and other delicious dishes.

The Bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our Snack-Bar Service is at your disposal from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

DinnerBuganvilla Restaurant

Room and breakfast guests can enjoy the varied menu at our Buganvilla Restaurant, offering select dishes from local, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. Half-board guests can choose a daily menu from a selection of entrees, main dishes, and desserts.

We will be delighted to serve you from 7 to 10 p.m., closing at 11 p.m. We kindly ask our guests to wear long trousers for dinner.

DinnerTapas Bar

Tapas, pinchos, raciones – the terrace of our Tapas Bar is the place for you to experience unique Spanish cuisine. You can choose from a variety of savoury traditional tapas, lovingly prepared and served at sunset under a huge ficus tree.

We will gladly assist you from 7 to 10 p.m. Closed Thursdays.Please ask our Reception staff for this service’s starting date.In case of bad weather, service is in the lounge bar.

DinnerCan Quet Restaurant

The Can Quet Restaurant is a mere 5-minute walk from Es Moli Hotel - more than just a restaurant, thanks to its cultural activities. Come enjoy the best meats, the freshest fish from the market, as well as rices and grilled vegetables, all carefully prepared in our Josper Oven and Grill. You will also be surprised by the exquisite selection of wines and our

art exhibits. All of this on a large terrace with panoramic views and a cosy lounge.We will gladly serve you from 7 p.m. until midnight. Closed Mondays.

The heart of our Es Molí Hotel is its large 32-metre pool, surrounded by stunning scenery. Its heated spring water and the spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean, make swimming here an unforgettable experience.

Its spacious terraces are truly an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation. You can also enjoy pleasantly cool nights at the Pool bar. Lifeguard hours: March, April, May, and October from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. June to September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Not during these hours, the use of the pool is under your responsibility.

Sports / TripsSports do not build character, they reveal it.

Take advantage of the services offered by Es Molí Hotel, the surroundings of the town of Deià, and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. Get in shape in our gym or play a set or two on our tennis court. If you like outdoor sports, you can go cycling or jogging.

Ask for our sailing or hiking programmes “à la carte” at the Reception.And don’t forget to visit our exclusive Muleta cove! Look forward to a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Muleta CoveEs Molí’s exclusive jewel

Es Molí Hotel’s “exclusive” cove is a tranquil paradise under the shade of large pine trees. Enjoy a snorkelling session and discover an amazing world in these turquoise waters. You will find different terraces with changing rooms, showers and a Snack-Bar with a highly recommended menu.

Bar Hours 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Snack-Bar Service from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Protected natural area. Please respect the surroundings and visiting hours. Free transfer from the hotel to Muleta. Last bus to the hotel at 6 p.m. We do not recommend Muleta for people with reduced mobility.

Music & Art at the Can Quet Cultural Restaurant

Our Can Quet Restaurant offers magical evenings! Its terraces with breath-taking views are the stage for a very interesting programme: from live music to art exhibits, and spectacular photographs of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. This is the ideal place for an unforgettable dinner.

Check its varied programme with live music from Jazz and Blues to Tango & Classical. You can enjoy concerts and background music on Fridays and Saturdays, from June to September. Enjoy nights at the Es Molí Hotel. Every Wednesday and Friday, our Pool Bar is the place to enjoy live music.Sundays and Thursdays, live music will entertain you in our lovely Buganvilla Restaurant.

Every two weeks on Thursday, all our guests are invited to a welcome party in the Deià Terrace. You may also book the gala dinner with live music that takes places afterwards in the Buganvilla Restaurant.
