This project aims to deliver 34,500 houses and or Apartments, built within 6 months using state of the art strong, durable, earthquake-proof technology at a cost of$671million set either for rent or outright purchase. It’s planned to be Zambia’s most affordable housing project by any class of citizen, from ordinary street people to chief executives. Our proven building technology builds 200,000 units in two years.

Unlike many other housing projects in the country, this project has been tailored to meet affordability, quality and speed of construction – building 34,500 housing units per year.

To ensure the project meets the desired and appropriate market needs, and aiming to tap into the thresholds of the targeted ordinary, public officers and general citizenry rental and purchasing power affordability, houses shall be offered for outright purchase and Rent-To-Ownbasis, ranging between $150 (K1,500) to $350 (K3,500) for the upmarket executive luxury apartments.
