Accessing the Server from Home

From home, or from anywhere off campus, you will need to use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) utility to access any of our servers.

On a Macintosh, you can use an FTP program called Fetch.

It is a free program for UNR students and faculty; you may install it from:

http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/

For both MACs and Windows a free FTP program, Filezilla, is available at:http://sourceforge.net/
