Why do we need fat to burn fat?

• Because the body considers stored fat as the last ditch survival fuel and if no dietary fats come in, it will tend to burn up structural body proteins.

• If you do low carb, low fat and high protein, you spike insulin and stress kidneys and liver.

• If you do low carb, low fat and low protein, you will burn some fat, but also body proteins.
